      第十六屆中國國際高新技術(shù)成果交易會深圳職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院參展成果簡介

      第十六屆中國國際高新技術(shù)成果交易會于2014年11月16日至21日在深圳會展中心隆重舉行。本屆高交會總展覽面積達(dá)11.5萬平方米,共有包括37個(gè)外國團(tuán)組在內(nèi)的3016家展商參展,帶來的高新技術(shù)項(xiàng)目與產(chǎn)品數(shù)達(dá)3593項(xiàng),涵蓋了節(jié)能環(huán)保、新一代信息技術(shù)、生物、高端裝備制造、新能源、新材料、新能源汽車和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。為加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)業(yè)與投資服務(wù),支持小微企業(yè)發(fā)展,高交會設(shè)立科技創(chuàng)業(yè)型小微企業(yè)展區(qū)、個(gè)人技術(shù)創(chuàng)新展區(qū),還全新設(shè)立了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)專區(qū),取得了較好效果。

      本屆高交會深圳職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院攜13個(gè)單項(xiàng)成果和17個(gè)科研平臺參展,項(xiàng)目涉及農(nóng)業(yè)、智能交通、自動(dòng)化和先進(jìn)制造、醫(yī)療器械、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域,眼鏡堪比導(dǎo)盲犬,駕車危險(xiǎn)能提醒,會議室里就能勘測施工現(xiàn)場……,主動(dòng)服務(wù)地方產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會發(fā)展。本期學(xué)報(bào)對參展的部分成果進(jìn)行簡要介紹。

      1 導(dǎo)盲眼鏡

      世界衛(wèi)生組織估計(jì)全世界盲人有4000~4500萬。中國約有盲人600~700萬,占世界盲人總數(shù)的18%,另有雙眼低視力患者1200萬。盲人生活中最大的問題是行走不便,特別是缺少頭部保護(hù)裝置,很容易受到空中懸掛物的傷害。由醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)與護(hù)理學(xué)院張艷明老師(E-mail:zymgzzj@163.com)主持研發(fā)的導(dǎo)盲眼鏡,是根據(jù)視覺生理前沿理論設(shè)計(jì)的一種新型盲人行走輔助設(shè)備,它能幫助盲人感知周圍環(huán)境,靠近障礙物時(shí),報(bào)警器會根據(jù)不同距離報(bào)警,使盲人接收耳機(jī)接收到報(bào)警信號,成為盲人行走的好幫手,保證盲人的出行安全。該儀器體積小,方便攜帶和使用。目前本產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成本較低,已生產(chǎn)出初級產(chǎn)品,可以向各級盲校、社區(qū)衛(wèi)生醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)及盲人個(gè)體推廣,改變盲人行走易受到突出物傷害的現(xiàn)狀。

      World Health Organization estimated that there are 40 million to 45 million visually-impaired people all over the world, 600 to 700 million of whom live in China, accounting for 18% of the total, with 12 million with low vision. Walking is a great challenge for the visually-impaired. The smart glassed developed by Prof. Zhang Yanming will help the visually-impaired detect obstacles and avoid injuries. With obstacles around, the alarmalertsaccording to the distance, the headset receives the alarm signal. The instrument is characterized by small size, easy operation and low cost. Therefore, it can be widely used in health care centers and schools for the visually-impaired or by the visually-impaired.

      2 高級駕駛員輔助系統(tǒng)(ADAS)車載行車預(yù)警儀

      汽車與交通學(xué)院梁伯棟高級工程師(E-mail:liangbodong@szpt.edu.cn)主持研發(fā)的ADAS車載行車預(yù)警儀,通過車載攝像頭采樣進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)圖像分析,并提供給駕駛員實(shí)時(shí)預(yù)警,主要具有以下功能:

      1)車道偏離預(yù)警。車道偏離預(yù)警系統(tǒng)能夠通過安裝在擋風(fēng)玻璃后的單目攝像頭,實(shí)時(shí)檢測地面上的車道線,并通過計(jì)算越線時(shí)間(TLC)去判斷車輛是否即將越線。

      2)前車避撞預(yù)警。前車避撞系統(tǒng)通過圖像識別算法檢測前方的車輛,并通過透視變換計(jì)算出前車離當(dāng)前車輛的距離。再根據(jù)距離和相對速度,可以計(jì)算出虛擬碰撞時(shí)間(TLC),當(dāng)TLC低于一定的閾值時(shí),系統(tǒng)會發(fā)出聲光報(bào)警以提醒駕駛員剎車減速。

      3)行人避撞預(yù)警。當(dāng)本車前方有行人接近時(shí),預(yù)警儀會發(fā)出聲光報(bào)警。

      4)疲勞駕駛預(yù)警。通過安裝在儀表盤上且正對著駕駛員臉部的攝像頭,疲勞駕駛監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)監(jiān)測駕駛員的眼部狀態(tài),并通過算法分析眼部的睜閉狀態(tài)來判定駕駛員是否處于疲勞狀態(tài)。

      5)開燈提醒。當(dāng)駕駛環(huán)境光線不足時(shí),例如進(jìn)入隧道或地下室,系統(tǒng)會發(fā)出需要開燈的聲光提醒。

      6)前車起步提醒。在城市道路中跟車等紅綠燈時(shí),在此功能開啟的狀態(tài)下,當(dāng)本車停駛5~10s后(具體可設(shè)置),系統(tǒng)開始檢測前方車輛是否駛離,若是,系統(tǒng)會發(fā)出聲音提醒。

      With a single HD camera mounted behind the windshield, the ADAS Dashcam product can perform functions as follows:

      1)Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS): The LDWS can detect the lane markings by using one singlecamera mounted on the windscreen behind the rearview mirror. Based on Time to Lane Crossing (TLC) calculation, the system can give a warning to the driver in case of unintentional lane departure.

      2)Forward Collision Warning System (FCWS): The FCWS detects whether a crash is imminent by calculating the ‘Time to Contact’ (TTC) taking into account host vehicle speed, relative speed and relative acceleration. In case of emergency, a ‘critical’ warning is given to the driver.

      3)Pedestrian Detection: by adopting advanced pattern recognition and classifiers with image processing and optic flow analysis, both static and moving pedestrians can be detected within the range of around 30m using VGA resolution imagers.

      4)Fatigue Driving Detection System (FDDS): According to delicate changes of driver’s eyes, FDDS can detect fatigue driving.

      5)Auto Light: Once the light environment is becoming dark, such as entering tunnel or basement, the system would alert driver to turn on the light.

      6)Stop-Go: While waiting at the traffic light, after stopping for a predefined period (5 – 10s), the system would start to detect whether the frontal vehicle is leaving or not.

      3 坐標(biāo)式二軸機(jī)器人平臺

      機(jī)電工程學(xué)院劉先明高級工程師(E-mail:lxming@szpt.edu.cn)主持研發(fā)的“坐標(biāo)式二軸機(jī)器人平臺”,是工業(yè)自動(dòng)化典型機(jī)械模組,采用精密機(jī)械,交互式控制軟件,既可獨(dú)立運(yùn)動(dòng),也可鑲?cè)朐谄渌詣?dòng)設(shè)備中,構(gòu)成不同功能的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備。該系統(tǒng)利用光電、伺服及獨(dú)特傳動(dòng)原理,充分考慮機(jī)電接口的協(xié)調(diào)性、匹配性和整體性,具有傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn)、體積小、運(yùn)動(dòng)精度高、效率高、噪聲低,以及較好的動(dòng)態(tài)性能等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可應(yīng)用于激光雕刻、機(jī)床進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)、激光焊接、鋰電池生產(chǎn)設(shè)備、新能源設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域。

      Coordinate Biaxial Robot Platform is a typical mechanical module, which can not only function alone, butalso be inserted in other automatic equipment, performing different functions in automation equipment. The platform can be widely used in laser engraving, machine tool feeding, laser welding, the lithium battery production equipment, new energy equipment, etc. Based on photoelectric, servo and unique transmission principles, with coordination, matching and integrity of mechanical and electrical interface taken into consideration, the system is characterized by stable transmission, small size, high precision and efficiency, low noise and good dynamic performance.

      4 超聲聲強(qiáng)測量儀

      電子與通信工程學(xué)院李正中副教授(E-mail:lzz@szpt.edu.cn)主持研發(fā)的超聲聲強(qiáng)測量儀,屬于專用超聲聲強(qiáng)傳感器,采用便攜式儀表結(jié)構(gòu),嵌入式操作系統(tǒng),具有超聲聲強(qiáng)測量、頻率測量、超聲監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù)存儲、數(shù)據(jù)分析等功能。其技術(shù)指標(biāo)如下:

      測量聲強(qiáng)量程:0 - 255 w/in2

      測量頻率:10 ~200 kHz;500 kHz~4MHz

      數(shù)據(jù)顯示:彩屏顯示,時(shí)間與能量曲線、最大值、最小值、平均值、記錄文件號

      數(shù)據(jù)存儲:時(shí)間、瞬時(shí)能量,連續(xù)記錄24小時(shí),180 k點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)(每點(diǎn)0.5秒)

      電源:3.7V鋰可充電電池;

      Ultrasonic technology is widely used in industrial cleaning, chemical and medical beauty industry. Ultrasonic intensity is an important technical index in ultrasonic applications.

      Ultrasonic sound intensity measuring instrument can be widely used in industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment factories, electronic products, automobile industry, and mechanical parts manufacturing enterprises, ultrasonic medical equipment production enterprise, ultrasonic chemistry experiment and other industries. The Ultrasonic Sound Intensity Meter (USIM) is based on the portable instrument structure and embedded operatingsystem. It features functions such as ultrasonic sound intensity measurement, frequency measurement, ultrasonic monitoring, data storage, data analysis etc. Its specifications are as follows:

      5 基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)

      由電子與通信工程學(xué)院岑宏杰老師(E-mail:chj@szpt.edu.cn)主持研發(fā)的環(huán)境監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)包括:一套服務(wù)器端的上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件、數(shù)據(jù)采集器、無線傳輸模塊、數(shù)據(jù)集中器,以及協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換器等設(shè)備。利用這套軟件和硬件,可以靈活快速地建立一個(gè)有線或無線的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),對工業(yè)環(huán)境的室內(nèi)溫度、濕度、設(shè)備的壓力、耗水、耗電等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控。系統(tǒng)可以對現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程采集、存儲和傳輸,用戶通過上位機(jī)監(jiān)控軟件瀏覽、分析設(shè)備的實(shí)時(shí)或歷史數(shù)據(jù)。本系統(tǒng)除了應(yīng)用在工業(yè)環(huán)境中之外,還可應(yīng)用于如寫字樓辦公室、酒店房間的溫濕度監(jiān)控、大型商場冷庫的溫度監(jiān)控、員工宿舍的用水用電監(jiān)控等需要數(shù)據(jù)采集、傳輸?shù)膱龊稀?/p>

      The Monitoring and control system for industrial environment based on internet of things consists of WEB 2.0-based supervising software, data acquisition units, remote I/O units, wireless transmitters, data concentrators and protocol converters. With the software and

      equipment,a wire or wireless system can be developed intelligently and

      rapidly to monitor various industrial data such as temperature, pressure,

      humidity, water and electricity consumption, etc. remotely. Real-time

      data are delivered to and stored on server, and can be easily retrieved,

      browsed and analyzed just with WEB browser. The system is widely

      applicable in factories, buildings, hotels, dormitories, refrigeration

      houses, etc.

      6 智能傳感器自動(dòng)在線標(biāo)定系統(tǒng)

      由電子與通信工程學(xué)院唐建東副教授(E-mail:jdtang@szpt.edu.cn)主持研發(fā)的智能傳感器自動(dòng)在線標(biāo)定系統(tǒng),由智能傳感器和智能標(biāo)定系統(tǒng)兩部分構(gòu)成。通過改進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)的傳感器使之成為適合于自動(dòng)標(biāo)定的智能傳感器,將傳統(tǒng)傳感器生產(chǎn)過程中的標(biāo)定方法和工藝方法嵌入到智能傳感器中,既能實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的標(biāo)定,也可以實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中的關(guān)鍵參量和數(shù)據(jù)記錄在傳感器芯片中。智能標(biāo)定系統(tǒng)按照傳感器標(biāo)定的工藝要求建立自動(dòng)控制標(biāo)定測試系統(tǒng),建立數(shù)據(jù)庫對標(biāo)定過程中的相關(guān)測試參數(shù)、多路待標(biāo)定傳感器技術(shù)參數(shù)和標(biāo)定結(jié)果進(jìn)行記錄存儲,對待標(biāo)定的產(chǎn)品按照標(biāo)定的工藝要求進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)多路傳感器的自動(dòng)標(biāo)定。該標(biāo)定系統(tǒng)適合應(yīng)用于各類傳感器的生產(chǎn)標(biāo)定和維護(hù),以及部分需要調(diào)試的采集電路和其他電子產(chǎn)品。本系統(tǒng)已應(yīng)用于油中微量水分傳感器、溫濕度模塊和溫濕度變送器的批量生產(chǎn)中。本系統(tǒng)特別適用于中小型傳感器制造企業(yè)、傳感器銷售和設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè),能降低傳感器制造對熟練技術(shù)員工的依賴,既容易將傳感器的生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行外包,也容易實(shí)現(xiàn)多種傳感器的制造,從而降低傳感器制造成本和公司的運(yùn)營成本。

      The discreteness of sensitive element and its conditioning circuit make sensor calibration complicated. Calibration of the traditional sensor is operated by skilled workers, characterized by high cost, human dependence, and difficulty in performance enhancement.

      Intelligent sensor automatic on-line calibration system, developed by Prof. Tang Jiandong, is composed of two parts, intelligent sensor and intelligent calibration system. Based on the process of sensor calibration,intelligent calibration system relies on the development of automatic control of calibration and testing system, including a database on the calibration process-related test parameters, multiple calibrated sensor technology parameters and the calibration results in order to record, store, and process the calibration.

      The project is applicable not only to all types of sensor calibration and maintenance, but also to circuit acquisition for debugging and other electronic products. This system has been applied in mass production of oil trace moisture sensor, temperature and humidity module, and temperature and humidity transmitter. The calibration system lessens the dependence on skilled workers in sensor manufacturing, making sensor production outsourcing and diversity possible, and reducing the cost of sensor manufacturing.

      7 基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的智能插座

      由電子與通信工程學(xué)院王洋博士(E-mail:wyang@szpt.edu.cn)主持研發(fā)的基于zigbee技術(shù)的智能插座,采用高精度的電能計(jì)量IC和進(jìn)口歐姆龍繼電器,在精確采集用電器耗能的同時(shí),又能通過繼電器在定時(shí)模式及過流過載的情況下,及時(shí)關(guān)斷保護(hù)好您的用電器。該插座的數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制都是通過無線zigbee技術(shù)和局域網(wǎng)通信技術(shù),把相關(guān)的信息數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)載手機(jī)上,以及從手機(jī)端把相關(guān)的信息數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)載到基于zigbee技術(shù)的智能插座內(nèi)進(jìn)行相關(guān)的操作處理?;趜igbee技術(shù)的智能插座能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)在手機(jī)APP上對220V市電進(jìn)行手動(dòng)控制通斷、定時(shí)控制通斷和過流過載關(guān)斷控制等保護(hù)通電器及個(gè)人用電安全的智能操作。用戶還可以在手機(jī)APP上查看當(dāng)前用電器的耗能情況、負(fù)載功率和負(fù)載電流、負(fù)載電壓以及耗電量大小等相關(guān)信息。手機(jī)APP還提供各項(xiàng)采集信息的歷史曲線圖給專業(yè)的用戶對用電器的安全狀況進(jìn)行評定。該插座可用于家居、企事業(yè)單位及廠礦等。

      8 基于ZigBee無線物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的遠(yuǎn)程終端測控系統(tǒng)

      機(jī)電工程學(xué)院詹澤海老師(zhanzehai@szpt.edu.cn)主持研發(fā)的基于ZigBee無線物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的遠(yuǎn)程終端測控系統(tǒng),采用低功耗ZigBee無線物聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)合以太網(wǎng)技術(shù),可以把測控現(xiàn)場的各種傳感器數(shù)據(jù),按需求發(fā)送到以太網(wǎng)履蓋的全球任意遠(yuǎn)程客戶端,遠(yuǎn)程客戶端通過上位機(jī)軟件隨時(shí)獲取測控現(xiàn)場的各種傳感器數(shù)據(jù),也可以通過上位機(jī)軟件控制測控現(xiàn)場設(shè)備的工作狀態(tài)。由于項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)采集現(xiàn)場采用低功耗的無線傳輸技術(shù),所以該系統(tǒng)既適用于野外供電困難、工作環(huán)境惡劣等場合的遠(yuǎn)程數(shù)據(jù)采集,也適用于智能樓宇等場合的設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,可有效減少現(xiàn)場布線,降低設(shè)備故障率,減少建設(shè)投入。
