Folding Paper Roses

Ive been friends with Oksana who is from Ukraine for about a week already. Since Oksana is now studying in East China Normal University， so we have a lot of chances of getting together. She often visits my home at weekends when shes free.

Today， after having dinner together at the west cafeteria1 of the campus2， she came to my home. We chatted about handcraft3 for a little while， and then I showed her a paper rose I just folded. It was one of my recent masterpieces4， and one of my proud handcraft works as well. I was so eager to show it to the guests who came to visit my home.

Oksana seemed really interested in how this rose was folded. And to tell the truth， ever since I learned to fold a paper rose， I wanted to teach the skill to someone else and shared my experience of paper folding. So I just took out two pieces of paper， and gave one to Oksana. To my delight， she was glad to learn.

I taught her how to make a paper rose hand by hand. When meeting some difficult parts， she might be confused but studied hard and would keep trying. But when she really couldnt make it， she would smile and handed the paper to me and asked for help.

Soon， she finished folding a few beautiful paper roses. Oksana seemed quite satisfied with the result， and I was glad I taught her how to fold a paper rose.

折紙玫瑰

我和奧克莎娜成為朋友快一個星期了。她來自烏克蘭。因為奧克莎娜目前在華東師范大學讀書，所以我們可以有很多聚在一起的機會。她周末一有空就會來我家玩。

今天，我們在學校的西食堂共進晚餐后，就一起來我家。我們先聊了一會兒手工制作，然后我便給她展示了我剛折好的一朵紙玫瑰。它是我最近的“大作”之一，也是讓我引以為豪的一項手工藝術品。我一直都很希望能給來我家的客人展示一下。

奧克莎娜似乎對這朵紙玫瑰是如何折出來的非常感興趣。說實話，自從我學會了如何折紙玫瑰之后，我就一直想把這個手藝教給別人，分享我的折紙經(jīng)驗。于是我取出兩張紙，給了奧克莎娜一張。我很高興奧克莎娜很樂意跟著我學。

我手把手地教她折紙玫瑰。遇到難折的部分，她會感到一陣疑惑，然后繼續(xù)努力嘗試，但當她實在做不到時，她就會笑一笑然后遞給我，請我?guī)兔Α?/p>

很快，她就折出幾朵漂亮的紙玫瑰。奧克莎娜似乎對自己的成果感到很滿意，我也很欣慰能教她折玫瑰的方法。endprint
