鮮食大豆的引種與比較
——以浙江省衢州市柯城區(qū)為例

[目的]篩選出適宜在衢州市柯城區(qū)種植的優(yōu)良鮮食大豆品種,以加快推進(jìn)旱糧生產(chǎn)、提高農(nóng)民收入。[方法]以八月白、衢鮮1號(hào)、衢鮮5號(hào)、六月半(對照)為參試品種,開展鮮食大豆引進(jìn)試種與品種比較試驗(yàn)。[結(jié)果]衢鮮1號(hào)和衢鮮5號(hào)2個(gè)鮮食大豆品種的商品性較好,其鮮莢產(chǎn)量均比當(dāng)?shù)仄贩N六月半增產(chǎn)極顯著。[結(jié)論]衢鮮1號(hào)和衢鮮5號(hào)適宜在柯城區(qū)大面積推廣。

大豆按種植季節(jié)有春、夏、秋大豆之分[1],按用途有食用大豆、飼用大豆之分。鮮食大豆是指在大豆莢鼓粒飽滿、莢和子粒均呈翠綠色時(shí)采青食用大豆的總稱[2],鮮食大豆含有豐富的蛋白質(zhì)、氨基酸、維生素和鈣、鐵、磷等多種礦物質(zhì)[3-4],是當(dāng)今公認(rèn)的無公害或少污染的安全保健食品,因其風(fēng)味獨(dú)特而深受人們喜愛。近年來,隨著浙江省衢州市種植結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和人們膳食結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,夏秋鮮食大豆生產(chǎn)發(fā)展迅猛,種植夏秋鮮食大豆現(xiàn)已成為提高農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要途徑。為了適應(yīng)農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的需求,篩選出適合該地種植的秋季鮮食大豆品種,于2014年進(jìn)行了秋季鮮食大豆品比試驗(yàn)。
1.1 供試材料參試品種共4個(gè),分別為八月白、衢鮮1號(hào)、衢鮮5號(hào)、六月半,以六月半為對照(CK)。
1.2 研究方法試驗(yàn)于2014年在浙江省衢州市柯城區(qū)九華鄉(xiāng)進(jìn)行,研究區(qū)土壤肥力中上,前茬為早稻,排灌方便。小區(qū)面積為13.5 m2,種植密度為12萬~15萬株/hm2,隨機(jī)排列,3次重復(fù),四周設(shè)保護(hù)行。翻耕前施復(fù)合肥525 kg/hm2作基肥,75 kg/hm2毒死蜱顆粒防治地下害蟲。采用穴播,每
穴播3~4粒豆種,苗期人工間定苗1次,每穴留苗2株,3葉期追肥施尿素150 kg/hm2,全生育期治蟲多次,用吡蟲啉、康寬、阿維菌素、美除等農(nóng)藥防治蚜蟲、斜紋夜蛾、豆莢螟。大豆封行前中耕除草,豆莢鼓粒飽滿呈翠綠色時(shí)采收鮮莢。
2.1 產(chǎn)量經(jīng)方差分析表明,品種間產(chǎn)量差異均達(dá)極顯著。由表1可知,衢鮮5號(hào)產(chǎn)量最高,折算產(chǎn)量16 011.0 kg/hm2,比對照六月半增產(chǎn)24.2%;衢鮮1號(hào)折算產(chǎn)量14 497.5 kg/hm2,比對照增產(chǎn)12.5%;八月白產(chǎn)量最低,折算產(chǎn)量10 818.0 kg/hm2,比對照減產(chǎn)16.1%。

2.2 生育期由表2可知,八月白生育期最短,為79 d,比對照早1 d;衢鮮1號(hào)生育期最長,為84 d,比對照晚4 d;衢鮮5號(hào)比對照晚2 d。
2.3 主要經(jīng)濟(jì)性狀從表3可以看出,株高最高的是衢鮮1號(hào),為46.2 cm,最低的是八月白,為38.0 cm;主莖節(jié)數(shù)最多的是六月半和衢鮮5號(hào),都為13.4節(jié),最少的是八月白,為11.4節(jié);分枝數(shù)最多的是衢鮮5號(hào),為3.3個(gè)分枝,最少的是八月白,為2.1個(gè)分枝;單株有效莢數(shù)為衢鮮5號(hào)最多,為45.0個(gè),八月白最少為25.9個(gè);單莢粒數(shù)為衢鮮5號(hào)最高(2.2粒),六月半最低(1.8粒);百莢鮮重為八月白高達(dá)283.1 g,衢鮮1號(hào)和衢鮮5號(hào)均低于對照的265.6 g;百粒鮮重為八月白最高(82.5 g),其次為六月半(76.2 g),衢鮮5號(hào)最低(72.3 g);在莢長和莢寬方面,八月白最好,長和寬均比其他品種表現(xiàn)好,其他品種莢寬均為1.4 cm,莢長最小的為衢鮮1號(hào)。

品比試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:衢鮮5號(hào)產(chǎn)量、分枝數(shù)、單株有效莢數(shù)和單莢粒數(shù)表現(xiàn)最好,適合在柯城區(qū)大面積推廣;衢鮮1號(hào)產(chǎn)量居第2,其他表現(xiàn)一般,可以在柯城區(qū)推廣;八月白莢寬粒大,產(chǎn)量最低;對照六月半單莢粒數(shù)偏低

The Introduction and Comparison of Vegetable Soybean—Taking Kecheng District, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province as an Example

[Objective] The aim was to filter high-quality varieties that suitable planted in Kecheng district, Quzhou city, Zhejiang province, which would accelerate the production of upland food crops and increase farmers' income. [Method]Taking Bayuebai, Quxian 1st , Quxian 5th and Liuyueban as testing varieties, we carried out introducing and try planting and varieties comparative testing for vegetable soybean. [Result] The commodity character of two vegetable soybeans of Quxian 1st and Quxian 5th were better than others and their fresh pod yield were increased significantly comparing with local varieties of Liuyueban. [Conclusion] The vegetable soybean of Quxian 1st and Quxian 5th were suitable for large scale cultivation in Kecheng district.
