導(dǎo)游歡迎詞的中英文互譯要領(lǐng)

導(dǎo)游在每次帶團(tuán)時最先要說到的就是歡迎詞。歡迎辭是游客對導(dǎo)游人員產(chǎn)生“第一印象”的重要組成部分，是溝通感情、取得信任的第一步，也是展現(xiàn)一個導(dǎo)游人員知識素養(yǎng)、語言能力、風(fēng)度氣質(zhì)、服務(wù)態(tài)度等總體水平的關(guān)鍵一步。歡迎詞的主要內(nèi)容應(yīng)該包括向游客問好，代表旅行社向游客表示歡迎，向客人介紹司機(jī)和車牌號，自我介紹，簡要介紹當(dāng)?shù)貧夂虻惹闆r，下榻飯店概況，游覽活動安排，必要的衛(wèi)生、飲食、安全、購物等注意事項以及其他必要的內(nèi)容等等。

導(dǎo)游歡迎詞從結(jié)構(gòu)的角度劃分，可以分為完整式和簡略式兩類：完整式開場白大致包括問候、寒暄、自我介紹、歡迎、良好祝愿、明確游覽目的等內(nèi)容。簡略式開場白至少要有問候、明確游覽目的兩項。從游覽過程的角度劃分：有預(yù)設(shè)開場白和現(xiàn)場開場白兩種。從表達(dá)的角度劃分：有敘述式開場白和抒情式開場白兩類。引人入勝的歡迎詞就好比一首優(yōu)美抒情音樂的 “序曲”，一場懸念迭生好戲的“序幕”一樣給人留下良好的第一印象，讓人倍感親切，迅速縮短導(dǎo)游與游客的距離，使大家很快成為朋友，熟悉起來。

任何優(yōu)秀的文章都有據(jù)可循，游覽前的“歡迎詞”，是介紹整體概況，這部分應(yīng)為“虎頭”，言詞應(yīng)富有激情，如行云流水，干凈利落，使游客產(chǎn)生濃厚興趣。那么好的歡迎詞可以遵循什么樣的要素呢？它包括五大歡迎詞要素：

一、介紹人員，即介紹自己，介紹參加接待的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、司機(jī)和所有人員。

二、表示歡迎，即代表接待社、組團(tuán)社向客人表達(dá)歡迎之意。

三、表示態(tài)度，即愿意為大家熱情服務(wù)、努力工作，確保大家滿意。

四、預(yù)告節(jié)目，即介紹一下城市的概況和在當(dāng)?shù)貙⒂斡[的節(jié)目。

五、預(yù)祝成功，即希望得到游客支持與合作，努力使游覽獲得成功，祝大家愉快、健康

例如導(dǎo)游歡迎詞可以這樣開場：

例一：

各位朋友：來杭州之前，您一定聽說過“上有天堂，下有蘇杭”這句名言吧！其實把杭州比喻成人間天堂，很大程度上是因為有了西湖。千百年來，西湖風(fēng)景展現(xiàn)了經(jīng)久不衰的魅力，她的風(fēng)姿倩影令多少人一見鐘情。就連唐朝大詩人白居易離開杭州時還念念不忘西湖：“未能拋得杭州去，一半勾留是此湖?！薄笥褌儯旅婢碗S我一起從岳廟碼頭乘船去游覽西湖。（錢鈞《杭州西湖》）

例二：

各位游客朋友，大家好！歡迎各位來到風(fēng)景秀美，氣候宜人，美食成堆，美女如云，帥哥成林的歷史文化名城長沙，俗話說的好：“百年修得同船渡，千年修得共枕眠”，現(xiàn)在流行的說法呢就是百年修得同車行，我們大家今天在同一輛車?yán)锟墒前倌瓴判迊淼木壏謪?，小X真是深感榮幸啊，中國有句話說要活到老學(xué)到老，那么來到了長沙呢，首先我們也要學(xué)習(xí)一下三個代表。

第一：我謹(jǐn)代表長沙人民對各位遠(yuǎn)道而來的客人表示熱烈的歡迎。

第二：我謹(jǐn)代表XX旅游公司全體員工歡迎大家參加本次快樂之旅，歡迎，歡迎，熱烈歡迎。

第三個代表呢是我代表我本人和司機(jī)師傅做個簡單的介紹……

歡迎辭通常多采用感情真摯、語氣平和的表述方式，不溫不火，娓娓道來。建議大家可以在介紹自己時，增加點親切、幽默的東西。比如讓團(tuán)友們親切的叫你小王，或王導(dǎo)。或者可以用猜謎、詩句等方式說出你的名字或姓，這樣可以讓氣氛更活躍，讓導(dǎo)游更快融入到集體中。還可以穿插些詩句或歌詞，例如“有朋自遠(yuǎn)方來，不亦樂乎”（How happy we are，To meet friends from far away?。?；“有緣千里來相會，無緣對面不相識”（As decreed by providence you have met him，otherwise you might have failed although you traveled a long way）；“一見如故”（feel like an old friends at first sight）；“一回生，二回熟”（First time strangers，second time friends）；“入鄉(xiāng)隨俗”（When in Rome do as the Romans do）；“百聞不如一見?！保⊿eeing is believing）等等，讓導(dǎo)游歡迎詞更有幽默和活力，和游客之間最快的融洽起來。
