“以考促教，以考促學，以考促用”

泰國朱拉隆功大學孔子學院（以下簡稱“ 朱大孔院”）是在詩琳通公主的親自倡導下，由泰國朱拉隆功大學和中國北京大學于2007年3月26日合作建立。2009年，朱大孔院被批準成為HSK考點。截至2023年12月，朱大孔院考點共舉辦HSK、HSKK、YCT和BCT等各類考試195次，考試人數(shù)累計53 473人。2014年，朱大孔院被評為“年度先進考點”； 2022年、2023年，朱大孔院連續(xù)兩年被授予“年度優(yōu)秀考點”稱號。

The Confucius Institute at ChulalongkornUniversity （CICU） was founded in Thailand onMarch 26， 2007， through a collaboration betweenChulalongkorn University （CU） and PekingUniversity （PKU）， under the patronage of Her RoyalHighness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. In2009， CICU gained approval as an HSK test center.By December 2023， CICU had administered a totalof 195 exams， including HSK， HSKK， YCT， andBCT， with a combined total of 53，473 examinees. In2014， CICU was honored as the Annual AdvancedHSK Test Center， and in 2022 and 2023， it receivedrecognition as the Outstanding HSK Test Center fortwo consecutive years.

多年來，朱大孔院不斷探索，尋求各方合作，至今已卓有成效，形成了“以考促教，以考促學，以考促用”的中文教育與漢語考試的發(fā)展之路。

Over the years， CICU has actively engaged withvarious partners， yielding fruitful outcomes. It hasestablished a distinctive development model focusedon “driving Chinese teaching， learning， and usagethrough testing.”

以考促教

2021年12月，朱大孔院高級顧問兼中方代理院長傅增有教授率隊訪問泰國教育部基礎教育委員會（以下簡稱“基教委”），決定為基教委下屬公立學校800 位本土中文教師提供中文培訓，并鼓勵他們爭取通過HSK五級考試。經(jīng)協(xié)商，朱大孔院將分兩批次對教師進行培訓。經(jīng)過精心籌備，2022年3月14日，基教委本土教師中文水平提升培訓項目正式開班，第一批400 人經(jīng)過測試，分別被編入一個HSK三級班、三個HSK四級班和六個HSK五級班。由于參訓教師分布于泰國各地，所以培訓采用線上方式。經(jīng)過一年多的培訓，絕大部分參訓教師通過了結(jié)業(yè)考試。

In December 2021， Professor Fu Zengyou， SeniorAdvisor and Acting Chinese Director of CICU， led adelegation to visit the Office of the Basic EducationCommission （OBEC） of the Thailand Ministry ofEducation. Both sides agreed to provide Chineselanguage training for 800 local Chinese teachers inpublic schools under OBEC and encouraged themto pass the HSK Level 5 test. Under the agreement，CICU would conduct training for teachers in twobatches. After careful preparation， on March 14，2022， OBEC officially launched the Chinese languageproficiency enhancement training program for theseteachers. The first group of 400 teachers underwenttesting and were divided into one HSK Level 3 class，three HSK Level 4 classes， and six HSK Level 5classes. Since the participating teachers were locatedacross Thailand， the training was conducted online.After over a year of training， many of them passedthe final exam.

目前，基教委下屬公立學校共有本土中文教師2 267名，其中1 047名參加并通過了HSK各級考試。近期，泰國孔子學院（課堂）發(fā)展聯(lián)盟與基教委召開了本土教師中文水平提升培訓項目工作會，朱大孔院參會。會議決定，將整合聯(lián)盟資源，結(jié)合線上線下，發(fā)動聯(lián)盟成員單位共同承擔上述培訓項目，以達到“以考促教”的目的。

Currently， there are 2，267 local Chinese teachersworking in public schools under OBEC. Amongthem， 1，047 have successfully passed various levelsof HSK tests. Recently， the Thai Confucius Institute（Classroom） Development Alliance and OBECconvened a working session to improve the Chineseproficiency of local teachers. Representatives fromCICU participated in the event. The meeting decidedto pool the alliance’s resources， utilize both onlineand offline methods， and engage member unitsto collectively execute the training program. Thegoal is to enhance teaching effectiveness throughcomprehensive testing.

以考促學

邦高皇家圣諭中學（以下簡稱“邦高中學”）是朱大孔院于2008年設立的教學點，已有十余年歷史。邦高中學有3 400多名學生，其中1 600余名選修了中文課。學校每個年級都設有一個中文專業(yè)班，目前有220名中文專業(yè)學生，每周十余節(jié)中文課。朱大孔院每年向邦高中學派遣3 ～ 5名志愿者教師，在為中文班學生開設綜合、聽力、口語、閱讀和寫作課之外，還專門開設HSK輔導課。邦高中學還會每年組織中文班學生參加朱大孔院舉辦的HSK考試，以檢驗本年度學習成果。其中，中文專業(yè)班的學生在高三畢業(yè)時都能通過HSK四級考試，少部分甚至能通過五級和六級考試；幾乎所有中文專業(yè)班應屆畢業(yè)生都能拿到獎學金，留學中國。

Ratwinit Bangkaeo School was established as aCICU Chinese teaching center in 2008 and has beenoperating for over a decade. The school has over3，400 students， with more than 1，600 taking Chineseclasses. Each grade also has a specialized Chineseclass， currently consisting of 220 students who attendover ten Chinese lessons per week. Every year， CICUdispatches 3—5 volunteer teachers to the school toteach comprehensive， listening， speaking， reading，and writing classes， along with dedicated HSKtutoring classes. Ratwinit Bangkaeo School organizesits specialized Chinese class students to take HSKtests at CICU annually to assess their learningoutcomes. Many can pass the HSK Level 4 test by thetime they graduate from high school， with some evenpassing the Level 5 and 6 tests. Nearly all graduatingstudents from the specialized Chinese class receivescholarships to study in China.

以考促用

自2009年起，朱大孔院與泰國國家移民局合作開設警官中文培訓班，最多時在泰國國家移民局總部、簽證處、素萬那普機場、廊曼機場等各處辦公地點同時開設七個線下中文培訓班。開班之初，為選拔泰國移民局警官赴華夏令營營員，朱大孔院每年都要組織移民局中文班學員參加HSK考試，擇優(yōu)錄取。許多學員將學習成果應用在自己的工作實踐中，更有學員對中文和中國文化非常癡迷。經(jīng)過六年的實踐積累，2015年5月，泰國國家移民局決定將HSK考試成績作為移民局警官入職考試外語測試部分的中文水平評定標準。這項決定標志著朱大孔院與泰國國家移民局的合作進入了一個新階段，提高了HSK 考試在泰國的影響力。

Since 2009， CICU has partnered with theImmigration Bureau of the Royal Thai Police todevelop Chinese language training programs forpolice officers. At its peak， seven offline trainingcourses were held simultaneously at various locations，including the headquarters of the Thai ImmigrationBureau， visa offices， Suvarnabhumi Airport， and DonMueang International Airport. Initially， to select Thaiimmigration officers to attend summer camps inChina， CICU organized the HSK test for these classeseach year， choosing the top candidates. Many officersapplied their learning to their professional duties，with some developing a deep interest in Chineselanguage and culture. After six years of training， inMay 2015， the Thai Immigration Bureau decidedto use HSK test scores as the criteria for assessingChinese language proficiency in their foreignlanguage recruitment exams. This decision markeda new phase in the collaboration between CICU andthe Thai Immigration Bureau， further solidifying theinfluence of the HSK test in Thailand.

今后，朱大孔院將不忘初心，砥礪奮進，和聯(lián)盟其他成員單位一起，為泰國中文教育事業(yè)和漢語考試推廣工作添磚加瓦。
