一座山，一家人

國有織女洞林場里溝林區(qū)，地處淄博市沂源縣石橋鎮(zhèn)大山深處。在這里，有一對護(hù)林員夫妻二十多年如一日，為了護(hù)林事業(yè)隔山相望?！耙蝗艘凰蛔笊?、一人一屋一片林區(qū)”，在各自的護(hù)林崗位上，他們默默堅(jiān)守，被鄉(xiāng)親們親切地稱為深山里的“牛郎織女”。

這對護(hù)林員夫妻，分別是49歲的陳新兵和47歲的王美蓉。1998年、1999年，中專畢業(yè)的兩人先后被分配到林場，擔(dān)任護(hù)林員。共同護(hù)林值守讓兩人因綠結(jié)緣，并于2001年結(jié)為夫妻。

由于林區(qū)人手少、看護(hù)責(zé)任大，丈夫陳新兵要常年吃住在海拔600多米的山頂瞭望塔里；妻子王美蓉作為營林區(qū)主任，要守護(hù)在山下的護(hù)林房里，負(fù)責(zé)營林區(qū)管理及里溝林區(qū)護(hù)林點(diǎn)相關(guān)工作。他們每天要花費(fèi)3個多小時，走十幾公里的山路進(jìn)行山林巡護(hù)，幾乎每月要穿壞一雙鞋。

一人一崗的守護(hù)責(zé)任，讓夫妻兩人十天半月見一次面成為常事，每到防火季節(jié)，夫妻倆更是一兩個月才能相見。他們婚后的所有春節(jié)、中秋節(jié)都是在各自的值守點(diǎn)上度過的，二十多年來他們負(fù)責(zé)守護(hù)的林區(qū)未發(fā)生一起森林火災(zāi)及其他安全隱患，兩人也多次被評為市、縣優(yōu)秀護(hù)林員和護(hù)林防火先進(jìn)個人，陳新兵更是入選2023年“淄博好人榜”。

夫妻兩人所在的沂源縣地處魯中腹地，素有“山東屋脊”之稱，全縣林果總面積111278公頃，有名的山頭1983座，林果覆蓋率62.1%，野生動植物達(dá)2153種，具有良好的生態(tài)稟賦，是全國綠化模范縣、國家園林縣城，更是國家生態(tài)文明建設(shè)示范區(qū)。數(shù)字與榮譽(yù)的背后，是無數(shù)個像陳新兵、王美蓉夫婦一樣的護(hù)林員的默默耕耘。夫妻倆說，綠色是他們永恒的眷戀，為了這份責(zé)任，他們將一直無怨無悔地守望下去。

A Family in a Mountain

The Ligou Forest Zone of the State-owned Zhinyu Cave Forest Farm is located deep in the mountains of Shiqiao Town， Yiyuan County， Zibo， Shandong， where a ranger couple has been separated by their duties for woodland protection for over two decades. “One is responsible for a tower and a mountain； the other is responsible for a house and a forest zone.” They have been silently remaining at their posts， affectionately known to the folks as “the Cowherd and the Weaving Maid”.

Due to a manpower shortage in the forest and the huge protection responsibility for safeguarding it， the husband Chen Xinbing has to live in a watchtower perched on a mountain with an elevation of over 600 meters. He is responsible for monitoring the fire situation and ensuring the safety of over 533.33 hectares of state-owned mountain forest and collective forests located near 12 surrounding villages； the wife Wang Meirong， as the director of the forest range， has to guard the forest protection house at the foot of the mountain， being responsible for forest range management and work relating to the Ligou Forest Zone.

Due to the guard duty of each holding one post， it is common for them to only see each other once every 10 or 15 days. During the fire season， they even cannot see each other for a month or two. The couple said that they had an eternal attachment to the green world and would keep guarding this forest without complaint or regret for this responsibility.
