馬來西亞總理安瓦爾會見王小洪

馬來西亞總理安瓦爾11 月2 日在布城會見國務委員、公安部部長王小洪。

王小洪表示，今年是中馬建立全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關系10周年。習近平主席同安瓦爾總理就共建中馬命運共同體達成重要共識，為雙邊關系發(fā)展指明了方向。中方愿與馬方一道，積極落實好兩國領導人重要共識，加強戰(zhàn)略溝通，鞏固政治互信，深化兩國務實合作特別是在執(zhí)法安全領域打造全方位高質量的合作典范，共同打擊毒品、電信網(wǎng)絡詐騙和賭博等跨國犯罪，提升防范打擊恐怖主義能力，維護“一帶一路”項目安全，更好為中馬命運共同體建設保駕護航，給兩國人民帶來更多福祉。

安瓦爾請王小洪轉達對習近平主席和李強總理的誠摯問候，表示堅定支持習近平主席提出的三大全球倡議，愿積極參與“一帶一路”建設，密切各層級交往，加強執(zhí)法安全等各領域務實合作，打造更加強勁的馬中關系。

訪問期間，王小洪還會見了馬來西亞副總理扎希德，同馬來西亞內政部部長賽義夫丁舉行部長級會晤并簽署了會議紀要。（來源：新華社）

Malaysian PM Meets Wang Xiaohong

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov.4 (Xinhua) -- Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim met with visiting Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong on Thursday in Putrajaya, Malaysia.

Wang said this year marks the 10th anniversary of the China-Malaysia comprehensive strategic partnership.The leaders of the two countries reached an important consensus on jointly building a China-Malaysia community with a shared future, charting the course for the development of bilateral relations.

China is ready to work with Malaysia to actively implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, strengthen strategic communication, consolidate political mutual trust, and deepen practical cooperation, especially in the field of law enforcement and security, to build a comprehensive and high-quality cooperation model, Wang said.

China is willing to work with Malaysia to jointly crack down on transnational crimes such as drugs,telecom scams and gambling, enhance the ability to prevent and combat terrorism, and safeguard the security of the Belt and Road projects, to better safeguard the building of a China-Malaysia community with a shared future, and bring more benefits to the two peoples, Wang said.

Anwar said Malaysia is willing to actively participate in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), promote close exchanges at all levels, and strengthen pragmatic cooperation in law enforcement and security, in order to build stronger Malaysia-China ties.

During his visit, Wang also met with Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, and held a ministerial meeting with Saifuddin Nasution Bin Ismail,minister of home affairs of Malaysia, and signed the meeting minutes.

國務委員、公安部部長王小洪11 月1 日在雅加達會見印度尼西亞副總統(tǒng)馬魯夫。

王小洪表示，在兩國元首戰(zhàn)略引領下，中印尼關系保持強勁發(fā)展勢頭。今年10 月，佐科總統(tǒng)出席第三屆“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇并對華進行國事訪問，習近平主席同佐科總統(tǒng)就深化兩國全方位戰(zhàn)略合作達成重要共識，為推進中印尼命運共同體建設作出新的戰(zhàn)略擘畫，為下階段雙邊關系發(fā)展指明了方向。中方愿與印尼方積極落實兩國元首重要共識，深化政治互信，密切各層級交往和對口交流，深化執(zhí)法安全合作，加強在依法打擊電信網(wǎng)絡詐騙、賭博、毒品、拐賣人口、涉恐等跨國犯罪方面合作，推動“一帶一路”合作同印尼“全球海洋支點”構想對接，為共建中印尼命運共同體保駕護航。

馬魯夫表示，愿與中方在涉及彼此核心利益和重大關切問題上相互支持，深化包括執(zhí)法安全在內的各領域合作，推動兩國關系取得更大發(fā)展。

緬甸國家管理委員會主席敏昂萊會見王小洪

緬甸國家管理委員會主席敏昂萊10 月31 日在內比都會見國務委員、公安部部長王小洪。

王小洪表示，中緬山水相連，胞波情誼深厚。習近平主席2020 年歷史性訪緬，兩國關系進入構建命運共同體新時代。中方愿同緬方一道，共同落實好習近平主席訪緬重要成果，弘揚傳統(tǒng)友誼，加快推進“一帶一路”合作重點項目，深化執(zhí)法安全合作，為中緬命運共同體建設構筑堅實安全屏障。兩國執(zhí)法安全部門將在打擊電詐網(wǎng)賭、反恐、禁毒、湄公河流域執(zhí)法、重大項目安保等領域加強合作，維護好兩國安全和發(fā)展利益。

敏昂萊贊賞在習近平主席領導下中國經濟社會發(fā)展取得的偉大成就，祝賀兩國第七次執(zhí)法安全合作部長級會議成功舉行，表示愿加強各領域務實合作，保護在緬中國公民和項目安全，共同構建緬中命運共同體。

Myanmar's SAC Chairman Meets Wang Xiaohong

NAY PYI TAW, Myanmar, Oct.31 (Xinhua) --Myanmar's Chairman of the State Administration Council(SAC) Min Aung Hlaing met with Chinese State Councilor and Minister of Public Security Wang Xiaohong here on Tuesday.

Connected by mountains and rivers, China and Myanmar share the ＂Paukphaw＂ (fraternal) friendship, Wang said during the meeting, adding that bilateral relations have embarked on a new era of building a community with a shared future.

To secure a solid security barrier for building the China-Myanmar community with a shared future, China is willing to work with Myanmar to carry forward their traditional friendship,accelerate the advancement of key Belt and Road projects and deepen law enforcement and security cooperation, he said.

The law enforcement and security departments of the two countries will safeguard the security and development interests of both countries by strengthening cooperation in combating telecom scams and online gambling, counter-terrorism, drug control, law enforcement in the Mekong River basin, and security of major projects, Wang said.

Appreciating the great achievements China has made in economic and social development, Min Aung Hlaing congratulated the success of the seventh Myanmar-China ministerial meeting on law enforcement and security cooperation, and expressed willingness to strengthen practical cooperation in various fields, protect the safety of Myanmar and Chinese citizens and projects, and jointly build a Myanmar-China community with a shared future.

During the visit, Wang co-chaired the seventh China-Myanmar ministerial meeting on law enforcement and security cooperation with Myanmar Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Yar Pyae and signed the meeting minutes, and met with Myanmar Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing.
