摘? ? 要:白雪公主(白74-1)是以草莓品種白雪小町自然實(shí)生種子選育和自交純化而成的中熟草莓品種。果實(shí)圓錐形,果面白色或淡粉色。果肉白色,酸甜適中,香味濃郁,有菠蘿香味。一、二級(jí)序果平均單果質(zhì)量33.4 g,最大果質(zhì)量48.0 g,果實(shí)縱徑4.5 cm,橫徑4.0 cm。可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)11.4%,維生素C含量0.728 mg·g-1,可滴定酸含量0.64%,果實(shí)硬度1.17 kg·cm-2。北京地區(qū)日光溫室條件下1月下旬成熟,阜陽地區(qū)雙層大棚條件下12月下旬成熟,連續(xù)開花結(jié)果能力強(qiáng),商品果平均每666.7 m2產(chǎn)量為1625 kg。通過田間觀察,白雪公主對(duì)炭疽病、灰霉病和白粉病抗性較強(qiáng)。適合在北京、阜陽及生態(tài)條件相似區(qū)域栽培。

Breeding report of a new strawberry cultivar Snow Princess

Abstract: Snow Princess is a mid-season variety with white peel selected by Institute of Forestry and Pomology, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, Horticulture Research Institute, Anhui Academy of Agricultural Science, Fuyang Dianxing Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd and Chengde Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences. The seedlings were derived from Japanese strawberry variety Pearl White with white peel in 2008. In the open field, No. Bai 74 was selected from 1008 seedlings for its white peel and excellent flavor. After inbred and regional adaptability testing at Haidian, Tongzhou and Changping districts in Beijing, Chengde and Fuyang from 2017 to 2021, No. Bai 74-1 was finally selected and named Snow Princess in 2022. The growth habit of it was semi-upright and the height was 15.9 cm. The plant had medium vigor with crown diameter of 26.6 cm and 25.6 cm. The leaves were nearly round and sharply serrated. The petiole length was 9.1 cm. The hermaphrodite flowers were white the inflorescence was below foliage. The fruits were mainly conical in shape with white or light pink peel and smooth surface. The flesh was white with intense pineapple-like aroma. The average fruit weight was 33.4 g and maximum fruit weight was 48 g. The longitudinal and horizontal diameters of the fruits were 4.5 and 4.0 cm. The contents of soluble solid, titratable acid and vitamin C were 11.4%, 0.64% and 0.728 mg·g-1, respectively. The firmness of the was 1.17 kg·cm-2. It was resistant to anthracnosis, gray mold and powdery mildew in open field. It was a cultivar suitable for cultivation in Beijing and Fuyang and other areas with the similar climate.

根據(jù)聯(lián)合國糧食及農(nóng)業(yè)組織(Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations,F(xiàn)AO)的統(tǒng)計(jì),2021年我國草莓種植面積129 046 hm2、產(chǎn)量339萬t[1],其中位列前三位的品種是紅顏、甜查理和章姬。我國草莓育種工作起步較晚,在第七屆世界草莓大會(huì)(中國·昌平)的引領(lǐng)和帶動(dòng)下,國產(chǎn)品種選育進(jìn)入飛速發(fā)展階段。草莓品種的不斷育成問世,為生產(chǎn)中品種更新和多元化發(fā)展提供保障,對(duì)我國草莓產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用。
隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和人們消費(fèi)需求的變化,對(duì)品種的品質(zhì)和多樣化要求越來越高。目前,生產(chǎn)上觀光采摘的草莓品種主要為紅色系品種[2-9],為了增加觀光采摘的特色品種,滿足市場(chǎng)多元化需求,北京市農(nóng)林科學(xué)院林業(yè)果樹研究所從“十一五”期間開始開展不同果色的草莓品種選育工作。經(jīng)過實(shí)生播種,初選、復(fù)選、自交純化、品種比較試驗(yàn)和區(qū)域試驗(yàn),與安徽省農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院園藝研究所、阜陽市殿興農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司和承德市農(nóng)林科學(xué)院聯(lián)合選育出白色草莓新品種白雪公主。
1 選育經(jīng)過
2008年11月,獲得白雪小町(Pearl White)種子,經(jīng)冷藏處理后,2009年獲得雜種實(shí)生苗1008株。2009年8月下旬,在溫室培育的雜種苗達(dá)到四葉一心時(shí),定植于北京市農(nóng)林科學(xué)院林業(yè)果樹研究所草莓雜種圃。2010年5月露地初選,確定白74為優(yōu)良單株,當(dāng)年進(jìn)行擴(kuò)繁。2011年在溫室進(jìn)行復(fù)選觀察,白74表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定。將白74進(jìn)行自交純化,純化單株中有1株(白74-1)表現(xiàn)果面白色或淡粉色、品質(zhì)優(yōu)、汁液多、肉質(zhì)細(xì)、髓心無空洞或空洞較小、味道清爽等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)。將單株進(jìn)行擴(kuò)繁,經(jīng)過復(fù)選及區(qū)域試驗(yàn),其優(yōu)良性狀穩(wěn)定,經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值高,受到栽培者和消費(fèi)者歡迎,將該品系定名為白雪公主(圖1)。2022年3月通過安徽省園藝學(xué)會(huì)園藝作物品種認(rèn)定委員會(huì)初審,9月獲得品種認(rèn)定證書(認(rèn)定編號(hào):皖認(rèn)果202201)。
利用自主開發(fā)的6個(gè)SSR分子標(biāo)記(表1),對(duì)白雪公主和親本白雪小町進(jìn)行了分子鑒定,結(jié)果顯示,白雪公主和白雪小町的遺傳背景較為相似,6個(gè)標(biāo)記中只有1個(gè)標(biāo)記可將2個(gè)品種區(qū)分,在白雪公主中有2條擴(kuò)增條帶,大小分別為226和238 bp;在白雪小町中有3條擴(kuò)增條帶,大小分別為226、238和244 bp(圖2)。
2 主要性狀
2.1 植物學(xué)特征
植株長勢(shì)中庸,株態(tài)半開張,株高15.9 cm,冠徑26.6 cm×25.6 cm。葉片近圓形,綠色,葉片厚度0.43 mm,葉面平,葉緣鋸齒尖,葉面質(zhì)地革質(zhì)光滑,有光澤,葉柄長9.1 cm;花序抽生能力較強(qiáng),單花序花數(shù)中多,自然坐果率高,花序分歧,低于葉面,花瓣白色,兩性花。
2.2 果實(shí)性狀
果實(shí)圓錐形,白色或淡粉色,有光澤,種子黃、綠、紅色兼有,凹于果面,種子分布中等;果肉白色;花萼單層雙層兼有,主貼副離。一、二級(jí)序果平均果質(zhì)量33.4 g,果實(shí)縱橫徑4.5 cm×4.0 cm,最大果質(zhì)量48 g。甜酸適中,香味濃郁,有菠蘿香味??扇苄怨绦挝锖浚╳,后同)11.4%,維生素C含量0.728 mg·g-1,可滴定酸含量0.64%,果實(shí)硬度1.17 kg·cm-2。白雪公主與親本白雪小町主要果實(shí)性狀對(duì)比見表2。
2.3 物候期
白雪公主在北京地區(qū)日光溫室栽培,8月下旬定植,現(xiàn)蕾期為11月下旬,初花期為12月上旬,盛花期為12月下旬,果實(shí)成熟期為翌年1月下旬。在阜陽地區(qū)雙層大棚栽培,9月上旬定植,現(xiàn)蕾期為10月下旬,初花期為11月上旬,盛花期為11月中下旬,果實(shí)成熟期為12月下旬。連續(xù)開花結(jié)果能力強(qiáng),商品果平均每666.7 m2產(chǎn)量為1625 kg。
2.4 適應(yīng)性
該品種適合保護(hù)地栽培。通過品種選育過程中田間觀察,白雪公主較抗炭疽病、灰霉病和白粉病。
3 栽培技術(shù)要點(diǎn)
3.1 定植
適宜在北京地區(qū)、安徽阜陽及生態(tài)條件相似區(qū)域栽培,一年一栽。8月下旬或9月上旬定植,一般采用高壟雙行定植,株距20~25 cm。整地前施足底肥,底肥以有機(jī)肥為主,施用腐熟有機(jī)肥30~37.5 t·hm-2,復(fù)合肥150 kg·hm-2。定植后進(jìn)行遮陰處理促進(jìn)緩苗,加強(qiáng)前期肥水管理,促進(jìn)植株生長。為便于花果管理,定植時(shí)草莓莖的弓背要朝向壟溝的方向。定植后要滴透水,以保持土壤濕潤。
3.2 定植后管理
苗定植成活后,要及時(shí)中耕除草,清除病葉、老葉及匍匐莖,適當(dāng)壓苗抑制匍匐莖發(fā)生。該品種植株中等偏小,現(xiàn)蕾時(shí)需要使用含鈣鎂硼等中量元素葉面肥促進(jìn)花器官發(fā)育,適當(dāng)拉苗促進(jìn)花序抽出,花前及時(shí)追施氮磷鉀三元復(fù)合肥300 kg·hm-2,花期采用蜜蜂授粉。草莓花序量大,依據(jù)植株生長勢(shì)的強(qiáng)弱,一般每株上保留4~6個(gè)果,以提高大果率和商品果率。大棚栽培要注意花期溫度不宜過高或過低,低溫或光照不足會(huì)使畸形果增加,可采用補(bǔ)光措施減少畸形果的發(fā)生,同時(shí)疏花疏果合理負(fù)載,以提高果品質(zhì)量。果實(shí)膨大期日溫最高不要超過28 ℃,夜間低溫為6~8 ℃時(shí)果實(shí)品質(zhì)較好。果期如遇高溫,向光面果皮易著淡粉色,因此果期要控制好棚內(nèi)溫度;盡量避免果面直接接觸地膜,否則接觸面會(huì)褐化,影響商品性。當(dāng)果實(shí)表面完全轉(zhuǎn)白后即可采收。采收時(shí)間為清晨露水干后或者傍晚天氣轉(zhuǎn)涼后。采摘的果實(shí)要求果柄短,不損傷花萼,無機(jī)械損傷,無病蟲危害。輕摘緩放。該品種春節(jié)后匍匐莖抽生較紅顏早,需通過溫度控制、肥水調(diào)節(jié)等手段進(jìn)行壓苗,以保障后期產(chǎn)量。
3.3 病蟲害防治
重茬日光溫室土壤采用石灰氮太陽能高溫消毒。防治病蟲害,首選物理防治方法及選用低殘留生物藥劑防治,花果期應(yīng)盡量減少藥劑的使用。
