Summer is coming soon! In the summer,days are longer and temperatures2 are higher.When you spend time outside, you will feelthe hot weather. There are many ways yourbody reacts3 to heat and sun.
夏天就要到了!在夏天,白天更長,氣溫更高。當你呆在室外,你會感受到炎熱的天氣。你的身體對炎熱和陽光會有許多反應。
One way your body cools off is withsweat4. Sweat leaves your skin through your pores5. As the water evaporates6, itcools you down. But sweat also takes water from your body. So you should makesure to drink more water if you are sweating.
出汗是讓身體降溫的一種方式。汗水通過毛孔排出皮膚。隨著水分的蒸發(fā),你會感到?jīng)鏊?。但是汗水也會帶走你體內(nèi)的水分。所以如果你在出汗,應該確保多喝水。
The sun will make your skin dark. Be careful when spending a lot of timeoutside. Too much sun is bad for your body. You can put on clothes or stay insidethe building. This can protect you.
太陽會使你的皮膚變黑。長時間待在戶外要小心。曬太久太陽對身體有害。你可以穿上衣服或者待在大樓里,這樣可以保護你。
Make sure to use sunscreen7. A sunburn8 can happen if you get too muchsunshine. The sun can burn your skin. And your skin will be hot and red. Sunscreencan protect you from that. SPF stands for sun protection factor9. Use sunscreenwhose SPF is 30 or higher. You should also use sunscreen when you are swimming.
