重慶組織開展外事管理專題培訓(xùn)會(huì)

On April 7， to thoroughly implement the guiding principle of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and sincerely carry out the General-Secretary Xi Jinping Thoughts on Diplomacy， the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government organized a citywide specialized training seminar on foreign affairs management. This seminar aims to enhance foreign affairs services in support of national diplomacy， major strategic initiatives， and the development of an open economy. Additionally， the seminar aims to build Chongqing as the Center for International Exchanges in Central and Western China. Chen Li， Director-General of the Department of Foreign Affairs Management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs， and Li Hua， Counselor of the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs， were invited to give thematic lectures. Wang Wen， Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal Government， moderated the seminar.

Chen Li and Li Hua gave lectures on “Studying， Communicating and Implementing the Guiding Principles of the 20th CPC National Congress， and Breaking New Ground in Local Foreign Affairs with Chinese Characteristics” and “Improving the Management and Services for Foreign Journalists in the New Era” respectively. The two lectures centered on international developments， diplomacy priorities， local foreign affairs， major difficulties， and hot topics. Both theories and practices of diplomacy and foreign affairs were presented， providing targeted and effective guidance for improving foreign affairs work in Chongqing.

The attendees stated that the training seminar helped them gain a better understanding of global landscape， further explore new approaches in foreign affairs and improve their skills. Therefore， they could achieve greater success in foreign affairs while building a modern and new Chongqing.

為深入貫徹落實(shí)黨的二十大精神，深學(xué)篤行習(xí)近平外交思想，進(jìn)一步提升外事服務(wù)國家總體外交、服務(wù)國家重大戰(zhàn)略、服務(wù)開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，加快建設(shè)中西部國際交往中心的能力和水平，4月7日，市政府外辦組織開展全市外事管理專題培訓(xùn)會(huì)。邀請外交部外事管理司司長陳立、新聞司參贊李華作專題授課，市政府外辦主任王雯主持培訓(xùn)會(huì)。

陳立、李華分別作“學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹黨的二十大精神，開創(chuàng)中國特色地方外事工作新局面”和“做好新時(shí)期外國記者管理服務(wù)工作”專題授課。緊跟當(dāng)前國際形勢，緊扣對外工作重點(diǎn)，緊貼地方外事實(shí)際，緊抓重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)熱點(diǎn)問題，內(nèi)容豐富、案例詳實(shí)，既有外交外事理論指導(dǎo)又有實(shí)踐操作，對全市外事工作迭代升級具有很強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)性、針對性和可操作性。

參訓(xùn)人員表示，通過專業(yè)培訓(xùn)，對當(dāng)前國際形勢有了更加清醒的認(rèn)識，進(jìn)一步打開外事工作思路，助力提升業(yè)務(wù)工作能力和水平，努力在現(xiàn)代化新重慶建設(shè)中展現(xiàn)外事新作為。
