胡衡華會(huì)見(jiàn)越共中央政治局委員、中央書(shū)記處常務(wù)書(shū)記、中組部部長(zhǎng)張氏梅

On April 27， on behalf of Yuan Jiajun， Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee， Hu Henghua， Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， met with Truong Thi Mai， Member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam （CPV）， Permanent Member of the CPV Central Committee Secretariat， and Head of the Organization Commission of the CPV Central Committee.

Attendees of the meeting include Guo Yezhou， Vice Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC; Chongqing leaders， including Cai Yunge and Zhang Guozhi; and Luo Qingquan， Secretary-General of the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government.

On behalf of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government， Hu Henghua welcomed the delegation led by Truong Thi Mai. He said， “In recent years， General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong have maintained close connections by various means and reached many important consensuses to promote the development of China-Vietnam relations. Chongqing will focus on and implement those important consensuses reached by the two General Secretaries， contributing to new progress in the China-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic and Cooperative Partnership in a new era. At present， Chongqing is implementing the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress and organizing thematic education of learning， and implementing Xi Jinping Thoughts on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. The city is also speeding up to implement of national strategies， including the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region and the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor （ILSTC）， striving to build a new modern socialist Chongqing on the new journey in the new era. Vietnam is the biggest trading partner of Chongqing among ASEAN countries. The two sides have registered fruitful results in economy and trade， corridors and logistics， and people-to-people exchanges. We stand ready to join hands with Vietnam to promote the development of the ILSTC by adhering to the principle of extensive consultation， joint contribution， and shared benefits， expand economic and trade cooperation as well as two-way investment， and deepen and broaden people-to-people exchanges， ensuring more achievements in bilateral cooperation.”

Truong Thi Mai said， “This year marks the 15th anniversary of the China-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic and Cooperative Partnership. The two sides have been actively implementing the important consensuses reached by the CPC and the CVP leaders to ensure sound progress in promoting exchanges and cooperation between China and Vietnam. As an important economic center and an open gateway in western China， Chongqing enjoys a long history and rich culture with geographic advantages and a vibrant economic landscape. We would like to congratulate Chongqing for its achievements in socio-economic development in recent years. Ho Chi Minh， the founder of the CVP， once engaged in revolutionary undertakings in Chongqing. Therefore， Chongqing built a Ho Chi Minh Exhibition Room and paid attention to its protection and use. I would like to thank Chongqing for its efforts to cement and inherit the traditional friendship between the two parties and the two countries. Vietnam and Chongqing have broad space and great potential for cooperation in the future. We stand ready to strengthen cooperation with Chongqing in the ILSTC development， economy and trade， investment， agricultural products， education， culture， tourism， and party building. We welcome companies in Chongqing to invest and do business in Vietnam so that we can write a new chapter for bilateral cooperation.”

Attendees of the meeting include relevant officials from Vietnam and heads from Chinas ministries and commissions and the Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government.

胡衡華代表市委、市政府，歡迎張氏梅一行來(lái)渝訪問(wèn)。他說(shuō)，近年來(lái)，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記同阮富仲總書(shū)記通過(guò)多種方式保持密切溝通，就引領(lǐng)中越關(guān)系發(fā)展達(dá)成許多重要共識(shí)。重慶將聚焦落實(shí)兩黨總書(shū)記達(dá)成的重要共識(shí)，為推動(dòng)新時(shí)代中越全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系不斷邁上新臺(tái)階作出貢獻(xiàn)。當(dāng)前，重慶正全面貫徹落實(shí)中共二十大精神，扎實(shí)開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想主題教育，加快推進(jìn)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)、陸海新通道建設(shè)等國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施，在新時(shí)代新征程全面建設(shè)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化新重慶。越南是重慶在東盟第一大貿(mào)易伙伴，兩地在經(jīng)貿(mào)、通道物流、人文等領(lǐng)域合作成果豐碩。我們?cè)概c越南一道，共商共建共享陸海新通道，進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大經(jīng)貿(mào)合作和雙向投資，深化拓展人文交流，推動(dòng)雙方合作取得更大成果。

張氏梅說(shuō)，今年是越中建立全面戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系15周年。雙方積極落實(shí)兩黨最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人重要共識(shí)，推動(dòng)越中交流合作呈現(xiàn)良好態(tài)勢(shì)。重慶是中國(guó)西部地區(qū)重要經(jīng)濟(jì)中心和開(kāi)放門(mén)戶(hù)，歷史文化悠久，區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)突出，經(jīng)濟(jì)充滿活力，我們對(duì)重慶近年來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展取得的成就表示祝賀。越南共產(chǎn)黨的締造者胡志明主席曾在重慶從事革命工作，重慶專(zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)立胡志明同志展室并加強(qiáng)保護(hù)利用，感謝重慶為鞏固和傳承兩黨兩國(guó)傳統(tǒng)友誼作出的努力。越南與重慶未來(lái)合作空間廣闊、潛力巨大，我們將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與重慶在陸海新通道建設(shè)、經(jīng)貿(mào)投資、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、教育、文化、旅游、黨建等領(lǐng)域合作，歡迎重慶企業(yè)來(lái)越南投資興業(yè)，共同書(shū)寫(xiě)雙方合作新篇章。
