Abstract: The Communist Manifesto is a brilliant work that marks the birth of Marxism and provides a scientific theoretical weapon for proletarian revolutionary practice all over the world. In this classic work, Marx and Engels initially revealed the development law of common prosperity in the future communist society, insisted on materialistic dialectical thinking, class analysis method and people’s standpoint, scientifically discussed the historical role of the bourgeois concept of prosperity, and exposed the class limitation and narrowness of the bourgeois concept of prosperity. At the same time, it clarifies that the common prosperity of the future society is based on the elimination of private ownership. Through the development of productive forces and free and conscious labor activities, everyone will finally realize the ideal life of free and comprehensive development. In the critical period of the CPC’s continuous progress towards the second centennial goal, in-depth interpretation of the value of the discussion on common prosperity in the Communist Manifesto has important enlightenment significance for our country to promote the common prosperity of all people in stages.

Abstract:As for the "act of asking for payment", most courts regard it as a violation of public order and good customs, but the judgment results are quite different. The different basis of the right of claim chosen by the payers of the "debt of petition" is the main reason for the different court decisions. The "act of asking for payment" should be recognized as a natural debt rather than a legal debt. If the payer brings a lawsuit, the court should reject the lawsuit request to unify the standard of judicial adjudication.

Abstract:Employees are aware of the company’s problems at work, but they choose to retain their own views. This phenomenon is called employee silence. The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a huge impact on Chinese enterprises. Under the severe external environment, the problem of employee silence within the enterprise is more prominent. Employee silence is widespread in small and medium-sized enterprises, which has a significant impact on employee behavior and organizational environment, and ultimately seriously affects the economic and social benefits of enterprises. Taking Jiangsu A Company as an example, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the concept and causes of employee silence, this paper comprehensively analyzes the specific situation of employee silence in this enterprise through questionnaires, interviews and other methods, analyzes the influencing factors of employee silence from the social, enterprise and employee levels, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including establishing a people-oriented management system, improving communication mechanisms, Innovate talent recruitment and training methods.

Abstract: Historical issues of climate and shipping deserve attention, and Qingkou Lingyun Monument records the historical facts of climate anomalies and poor shipping in 1626.The drought in the south and the flood in the north caused the water of the Yellow River to be larger than that of the Huai River, and Hongze Lake could not accumulate enough clear water to wash away the sediment of the Yellow River. Located at the geographical boundary between north and south and at the intersection of the Yellow River, the Huai River and the Canal, Huai’an Qingkou, a large number of ships are stranded. As a countermeasure, Officials took the countermeasure of turning to the gods for help. Pray for the Yellow River water god to weaken the yellow river water, and pray for the Water God of the Huai River to strengthen the Water. Shortly after the prayer, heavy rain poured down, the drought eased and the canal was clear. In order to fulfill their promises, officials later built temples and erected monuments and played titles. The above activities promoted the spread of the belief in the water god. As a means for rulers to manage and control the country, the belief in the gods, although full of absurd elements, has played an important role in disaster response and canal management, showing management concept of the traditional era of harnessing the Yellow River to ensure shipping.

Abstract: The aesthetic ethics advocated by Wilde not only advocates the artistic self-disciplining and the artistic life, but also contains the new threshold in the sense of ethics，that is， the subversion and challenge he has done to the traditional ethical values. Correspond to his aestheticism, Wilde attaches great importance to the survival experience of individual life. In a sense， he uses the " Art for Art’s sake" as both a spear and a shield to provide shocks and cover for individuals to get rid of the shackles of old ethics and morals. The consideration of various ethical situations in his works explores the shift of ethical boundaries in the transformation of times. The cultural forerunner in history was often misjudged as a degenerate by traditional values in his times. Although the ethical exploration in Wilde’s works was presented in a downward direction at his time, its independency, authenticity, and intermediacy were in fact a keen perception and firm performance of the new ethical threshold, which has a certain lofty meaning because of its pioneering quality in the ethical history of human beings, and is inspiring the current human ethical situation by its "boundary" issue.

Abstract:Ten copied Poems preserves four poems lost by Zhao Gu for a long time. Although one of them has been included in All Tang Poems, it is still a piece of good luck and very valuable. Shidaozhi and Zhilin cited in Jiazhu are also lost books. The former is mostly verified in the New History of the Tang Dynasty Geography. The latter records can also be published in the New Book of Tang ? Hundred Official Records. However, it is not a lie for the predecessors to evaluate the error of "many wrong words" and "takeing lu as fish". For example, in the author’s profile, it is said that Huichang was admitted to the imperial examination in the second year of Huichang, which is actually the fourth year of Huichang; Wang Jinggong’s Selected Poems of Tang Dynasty used the two key words of "Jing" and "Tang". As far as the establishment of Weinan County is concerned, it was also derived from the Fu surname in the former Qin Dynasty and the Yao surname in the latter Qin Dynasty; Another example is Wenxuan, which is abbreviated as Xuan, and Jinshu is abbreviated as Jin, which is also different from the abbreviations of Poetry and Shu, which are well known. Compared with other books, the author has explored a number of different essays, and after comprehensive consideration, he has given the judgment of "it is better to follow each other’s lead" one by one. The comments of Qian Qianyi and Jin Shengtan during the Ming and Qing Dynasties are also abstracted for readers’ reference.

Abstract:Huaiyang culture is a regional culture with distinctive regional characteristics and charm. The construction of Huaiyang Cultural Highland of the Grand Canal is a complex and arduous systematic project, which should follow the basic ideas of research first, laying a solid foundation, planning guidance, overall promotion, government leadership, social participation, cultural and tourism integration, and industrial upgrading. We need to focus on building three brands, implementing six projects and building ten centers. The specific measures include: strengthening the research on Huaiyang culture and consolidating the theoretical foundation; Build the Li Canal cultural tourism belt and develop the canal cultural creative industry; Develop the scenery belt of the ancient Huaihe River and build a water conservancy culture exhibition project; Explore and integrate resources to create red cultural tourism routes; To build a cultural industry chain of Huaiyang cuisine and introduce Huaiyang cuisine to the world; Excavate the cultural value of Huai salt and develop the cultural tourism industry of Huai salt; Strengthen the construction of wetlands led by Hongze Lake to achieve eco-tourism; Take Journey to the West as the brand to drive the construction of cultural industrial parks.
