“好品山東”點亮濠江之畔

澳門，在粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)中扮演著重要的角色，不僅是國際自由港、世界旅游休閑中心、世界美食之都，而且其農(nóng)產(chǎn)品消費能力強、流通速度快、市場潛力大?！吧綎|與澳門，雖然相隔千山萬水，但近年來交流合作日益密切?！鄙綎|省臺港澳辦主任劉淵表示，2021年12月7日舉行的“好品山東——齊魯靈秀地 品牌農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”推介會（澳門站），為魯澳農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交流合作搭建起了平臺，是山東主動融入粵港澳大灣區(qū)建設(shè)國家戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵一步。

作為全國唯一以農(nóng)業(yè)為特色的開放發(fā)展綜合試驗區(qū)，濰坊國家農(nóng)業(yè)開放發(fā)展綜合試驗區(qū)在此次推介會上被重點介紹。“農(nóng)綜區(qū)是一方孕育希望的寶地，擁有擴大農(nóng)業(yè)開放合作的鮮明優(yōu)勢。這里產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)堅實、科創(chuàng)資源富集、通關(guān)便利高效，進(jìn)出口食品‘即報即放’、鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品‘即驗即放’?！鞭r(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部國際合作司美大處處長、濰坊市人民政府副秘書長葉全寶說。

“這次推介會，不僅有利于開拓供澳農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貨源，為澳門市場提供更多元、更優(yōu)質(zhì)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品選擇，也有利于促進(jìn)兩地業(yè)界對接交流，深化魯澳經(jīng)貿(mào)合作?！卑拈T貿(mào)易投資促進(jìn)局執(zhí)行委員余雨生表示，澳門貿(mào)促局在華東地區(qū)設(shè)有代表處，能為魯澳企業(yè)給予在地支持。同時，澳門貿(mào)促局提供投資者“一站式”服務(wù)，可以為有意落地澳門的山東企業(yè)提供系列幫助。

攜手合作，互利共贏。山東正著力提高農(nóng)業(yè)綜合生產(chǎn)能力保供給，推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)綠色發(fā)展提品質(zhì)，擴大農(nóng)業(yè)國際合作拓市場，雙方牽手，將進(jìn)一步深化務(wù)實合作，共享山東農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的成果，讓越來越多的山東農(nóng)產(chǎn)品走進(jìn)澳門餐廳、端上澳門大眾的餐桌。

在推介會現(xiàn)場設(shè)置的展示品鑒區(qū)，山東省62家企業(yè)展出了200余種優(yōu)質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，覆蓋糧油及制品、水果及制品、蔬菜及制品、畜禽產(chǎn)品及制品、水海產(chǎn)品及制品、茶葉及其他加工產(chǎn)品等。

在山東茶展示區(qū)，日照綠茶之香浸潤著澳門嘉賓唇齒。山東瀏園生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)股份有限公司帶來的春意盎然系列綠茶和瀏園春紅茶，受到澳門客商的青睞?！奥勚星逑?，繞舌有濃香，入喉回甘長?！卑拈T供應(yīng)商聯(lián)合會會長、宏基行集團成員葉紹文品鑒后豎起大拇指，對來自北方海濱的春意盎然系列綠茶產(chǎn)生了濃厚的興趣。他表示，日照綠茶值得細(xì)細(xì)品味。

“作為北方茶的代表，日照綠茶具有黃綠湯、板栗香、耐沖泡、回甘綿長的特色?！鄙綎|瀏園生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)股份有限公司董事長牟麗云向澳門客商介紹道，公司始終堅持有機種植，全程可追溯，遠(yuǎn)銷海內(nèi)外，其推出的系列茶品已獲得中國、日本、美國、歐盟、加拿大有機認(rèn)證，成為日照首家獲得茶葉出口備案的企業(yè)。

不僅日照綠茶，日照的非遺產(chǎn)品京冬菜也以獨特的口感獲得了澳門客商好評?！爱a(chǎn)品好不好，品品才知道?！闷飞綎|’推介活動，為山東農(nóng)產(chǎn)品搭建了一個非常好的平臺，讓更多的澳門客商以更加直觀的方式感受山東好品。”牟麗云表示不虛此行，希望以此為契機，讓優(yōu)質(zhì)、高端的日照綠茶、京冬菜走進(jìn)粵港澳大灣區(qū)市場，讓山東的茶香、菜香飄向世界各地。

1.6米長的章丘大蔥、葉球碩大的膠東大白菜，脆甜可口的濰縣蘿卜……琳瑯滿目的蔬果展區(qū)，為澳門客商打開了新的視野。

“我從沒見過這么大的白菜！特別期待能在澳門超市里買到?！鄙瓶祰H（澳門）藥業(yè)公司業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)理蔡英杰剛走進(jìn)展區(qū)，就被碧綠的膠東大白菜吸引了。在膠州市大白菜協(xié)會會長張居波的引導(dǎo)下，蔡英杰掃碼進(jìn)入“青島市農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全追溯系統(tǒng)”，看到眼前這顆6公斤重的大白菜的“身份證”，連澆水、殺蟲都記錄得一清二楚。張居波介紹，膠州大白菜生食清脆可口，熟食風(fēng)味甘美，深受消費者喜愛。

“第一次品嘗軟籽石榴，不僅甘甜多汁，而且吃起來輕松方便?！卑拈T蓮花衛(wèi)視資訊節(jié)目部副總監(jiān)謝謙在品嘗過各類山東好品后對一款軟籽石榴青睞有加。這款富硒軟籽石榴來自淄博“黛青山”，據(jù)山東黛青山生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)科技有限公司經(jīng)理張錦超介紹，“黛青山”曾是滿目瘡痍的荒山礦坑，經(jīng)過淄博河?xùn)|生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)合作社理事長張漢修的艱辛改造，成為北方最大、品種最全的富硒軟籽石榴科技示范園。張漢修通過特殊的栽培方式成就了石榴的“山東味道”，也通過發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)幫助當(dāng)?shù)匕傩彰撠氈赂弧?/p>

“山東是歷史悠久的孔孟之鄉(xiāng)，孔府家酒的味道至今難忘?！敝x謙在此次推介會上領(lǐng)略了不一樣的山東特色，豐富的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品刷新了他對山東的認(rèn)識?！吧綎|農(nóng)產(chǎn)品不僅品質(zhì)優(yōu)良，還具有價格優(yōu)勢，在澳門推廣擁有巨大的潛力。作為媒體人，一定會大力宣傳好山東的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，讓更多的澳門市民知道并品嘗到山東的好味道。”

The wind blows from the South China Sea; the tide rushes into the Pearl River. Located at the forefront of China’s opening-up, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area takes the Pan-Pearl River Delta as the hinterland for extensive development, accelerates the agglomeration of market economy vitality, and has an important strategic position in China’s overall development. As a strong agricultural province, in recent years, Shandong has actively integrated itself into the “Vegetable Basket” construction of the Greater Bay Area. In the province, 184 manufacturers have obtained a Greater Bay Area “Vegetable Basket” Production Base and Processing Enterprise Permit; two Greater Bay Area “Vegetable Basket” product distribution centers have been built in Weifang and Liaocheng; Shandong’s agricultural products are moving fast towards the Greater Bay Area market.

Macao plays an important role in the construction of the Greater Bay Area. It not only is an international free port, global tourism and leisure center, and world-famous city of gastronomy, but also has strong spending power, fast circulation velocity and huge market potential for agricultural products. “Shandong and Macao are far apart, but have increasingly close exchanges and cooperation in recent years.” Liu Yuan, director of the Office for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao Affairs of Shandong Province, said that the “Quality Products of Shandong - Qilu Brand-name Agricultural Products” promotion meeting (Macao) held on December 7, 2021 has set up a platform for the exchanges and cooperation on agricultural products between Shandong and Macao, and is a key move for Shandong to actively integrate itself into the national strategy of the Greater Bay Area construction.

Work together for mutual benefits and win-win results. Shandong is striving to improve overall agricultural production capacity for ensuring supply, to propel the green development of agriculture for improving quality, and to expand international cooperation on agriculture for developing the market. Joining hands, both sides will further deepen practical cooperation, share the results of agricultural development in Shandong, and allow more and more agricultural products of Shandong to enter the restaurants of Macao and to be served on the tables of the masses in Macao.
