英語(yǔ)求職信的寫(xiě)作技巧

求職信，也稱(chēng)為應(yīng)聘信，是指求職應(yīng)聘人員向有關(guān)招聘單位、公司等申請(qǐng)某一職位的專(zhuān)用書(shū)信，是高中英語(yǔ)應(yīng)用文寫(xiě)作的常見(jiàn)類(lèi)型之一，也是高考英語(yǔ)書(shū)面表達(dá)一大考查熱點(diǎn)。那么，如何寫(xiě)好英語(yǔ)求職信呢？對(duì)此，筆者提出了幾點(diǎn)寫(xiě)作策略，以期對(duì)同學(xué)們有所幫助。

【寫(xiě)作實(shí)例】

假如你是李華，是名中學(xué)生，你從網(wǎng)上看到《考試與評(píng)價(jià)》雜志正在招聘學(xué)生記者。下面為你的基本情況，請(qǐng)根據(jù)此內(nèi)容向《考試與評(píng)價(jià)》雜志寫(xiě)一封求職信。內(nèi)容如下：（1）愛(ài)好特長(zhǎng)：唱英文歌、看英文小說(shuō)和繪畫(huà)，擅長(zhǎng)英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作和電腦;（2）相關(guān)經(jīng)歷：曾為學(xué)校校報(bào)工作三年;（3）獲獎(jiǎng)情況：2019年在江蘇市英語(yǔ)競(jìng)賽中獲得第一名。

【寫(xiě)作步驟】

通過(guò)審題可知，該書(shū)面表達(dá)要求寫(xiě)一封求職信。在寫(xiě)作時(shí)要注意把握如下寫(xiě)作步驟：

第一步，自我介紹，點(diǎn)出身份，并簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明獲得信息的來(lái)源。結(jié)合題干，常用句型則有：①I(mǎi) have read in Internet that student journalists is wanted in your maga- zine.（我從網(wǎng)絡(luò)上看到貴雜志社需要招聘學(xué)生記者。）②I learned from the Internet that your magazine needs hire student journalists.（我從網(wǎng)絡(luò)上得知貴雜志社需要招聘學(xué)生記者。）

第二步，開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山提出申請(qǐng)，表明求職意愿等。常用句型有：①I(mǎi)’m writing to apply to join your team.（我寫(xiě)信申請(qǐng)加入你們的團(tuán)隊(duì)。）②I’m? really interest- ed in this position and hope I can work for you.（我對(duì)這個(gè)職位很感興趣，希望能為你們工作。）

第三步，陳述應(yīng)聘條件，包括工作經(jīng)歷、愛(ài)好特長(zhǎng)、獲獎(jiǎng)情況等，擺出自身的求職優(yōu)勢(shì)，字里行間要洋溢著自信與活力，讓招聘者對(duì)你產(chǎn)生濃厚興趣，從而增強(qiáng)求職說(shuō)服力。結(jié)合寫(xiě)作內(nèi)容，可以這樣表達(dá)：I have worked for our school newspaper for three years. I like singing English songs， reading English novels and painting. I’m good at English writing and computers. AfterclassIoftenmakedialogues，playgamesandsing songs. Two year ago， I won the first prize in the English completion of the city of Nanjing.此外，常用句型還可以有：①I(mǎi) have strong written and spoken communication skills.（我有很強(qiáng)的書(shū)面和口頭溝通能力。）②I have team work spirit and can get on well with other people.（我有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，善于與他人相處。）

第四步，表達(dá)感激之情，請(qǐng)求對(duì)方給予機(jī)會(huì)，并期待盡快答復(fù)。常用句型有：①I(mǎi) sincerely hope that my application could be favorably considered.（我真誠(chéng)地希望我的申請(qǐng)能被優(yōu)先考慮。）②I would appreciate it very much if you could give me the opportunity.（如果你能給我這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，我將感激不盡。）③I would be grateful if I could be given the job.（如果我能得到這份工作，我將不勝感激。）④Looking forward to your ear- ly reply.（盼望能夠早日得到您的回復(fù)。）
