流水施工技術(shù)在建筑工程施工管理中的應(yīng)用

摘要：隨著我國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展，建筑業(yè)也進入了一個突飛猛進的階段，施工組織管理工作勢在必行，如何合理組織和管理施工現(xiàn)場的施工過程成為施工管理人員必須面對的一個問題。目前組織施工一般有依次施工、平行施工和流水施工三種施工組織方式。本文實證研究比較三種施工組織方式在組織施工時的優(yōu)缺點，提出流水施工在利用工作面、實現(xiàn)專業(yè)化施工和連續(xù)均衡施工等方面的優(yōu)越性，為工程施工組織管理人員提供參考。

Abstract：With?the?rapid?development?of?China's?economy，?the?construction?industry?has?entered?a?stage?of?rapid?development，?construction?organization?and?management?work?is?imperative，?how?to?reasonably?organize?and?manage?the?construction?process?of?the?construction?site?has?become?a?problem?that?construction?management?personnel?must?face.At?present，?there?are?three?construction?organization?modes：?sequential?construction，?parallel?construction?and?flow?construction.?This?paper?empirically?studies?and?compares?the?advantages?and?disadvantages?of?three?kinds?of?construction?organization?methods?in?organizing?construction，?and?puts?forward?the?advantages?of?flow?construction?in?using?working?face，?realizing?professional?construction?and?continuous?balanced?construction，?so?as?to?provide?reference?for?engineering?construction?organization?and?management?personnel.
