阿布扎比國家展覽公司（ADNEC）宣布新收購一家酒店：即倫敦超越?？巳麪栆萘志频辏司频暾门廇DNEC旗下倫敦ExCeL London展覽中心。此酒店擁有 287 間客廳及 2 個會議室，位于皇家碼頭河畔，鄰近金絲雀碼頭。此次收購與ADNEC的長期投資戰(zhàn)略一致，旨在將全集團業(yè)務(wù)多樣化，涉足多個行業(yè)以優(yōu)化資產(chǎn)整合。至此，ADNEC旗下酒店達到6家，包括阿布扎比雅樂軒酒店、雅樂軒倫敦?？巳麪柧频甑?。

ADNEC acquires DoubleTree By Hilton London ExCel

The Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company （ADNEC） has added a new hotel to its portfolio： the DoubleTree By Hilton London ExCel. The DoubleTree By Hilton London ExCel is situated directly adjacent to the Londons pre-eminent exhibition centre， ExCeL London， which is also under the ownership of ADNEC Group. The hotel contains 287 guest rooms and two meeting rooms. Situated on the banks of the Royal Docks， near Canary Wharf. The announcement comes in line with ADNECs long term investment strategy， aimed at diversifying its business across the Group and achieving optimal integration of its assets through diversified economic sectors. The addition brings ADNECs total portfolio of hotels to six.

詩麗吉皇后國家會議中心擴容五倍，明年全新啟幕

8月7日，泰國知名投資控股房地產(chǎn)公司TCC發(fā)布詩麗吉皇后國家會議中心改造后的新面貌。會議中心將于2022年9月竣工開放，比之前面積擴大5倍，單日最多可容納10萬名訪客，再度強化了泰國曼谷中心商務(wù)區(qū)最大會議中心的地位。新的會議中心可用總面積將達到7.8萬平米，包含面積合共超過4.5萬平米的兩個主展廳、近1萬平米的2個大型會議廳、50個靈活的會議室、零售區(qū)等。技術(shù)設(shè)施配備完備，快速公交可以直達，并有200個室內(nèi)停車位使得會議中心成為中心商務(wù)區(qū)最便利的會展場館。

TCC公司董事Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi表示：“盡管疫情給全球帶來挑戰(zhàn)，但是我們依然成功按照我們的長期投資規(guī)劃改造了詩麗吉皇后國家會議中心，實現(xiàn)了我們將會議中心升級為亞洲領(lǐng)先的世界級會議中心的愿景和目標。”

The new QSNCC is scheduled to be open 2022 with 5 times larger space

On 17 August， TCC Assets （Thailand） Co.， Ltd， a leading investment holding and real estate company in Thailand has launched the new look of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center （QSNCC） after remodeling which will be completed and open in September 2022. With 5 times larger space and a daily capacity of over 100，000 visitors， the company reaffirms QSNCC position as Thailands largest convention center in Bangkoks CBD.

The new QSNCC will provide a total event space of 78，500 sq.m， two main exhibition halls with over 45，000 sq.m， two large conference halls with nearly 10，000 sq.m， 50 flexible meeting rooms and additional retail zone， plus fully equipped technologies. Its accessibility to the Metropolitan Rapid Transit （MRT） and the 2，700 indoor parking spaces make the QSNCC the most convenient center in CBD.

ASM集團將運營中東最大會展中心

8月10日，國際知名場館運營商ASM集團宣布，經(jīng)過激烈的競標，受巴林旅游和展覽局委托，將成為巴林國際會展中心運營方。該場館將于2022年竣工，并以超過30萬平米的面積成為中東地區(qū)最大的會展中心。會展中心設(shè)備十分先進靈活，可承辦音樂會、婚禮、研討會等各類活動，旨在強力打造巴林作為區(qū)域全新會展目的地的地位。

巴林旅游和展覽局首席執(zhí)行官凱迪博士表示，“新會展中心將強化巴林在中東和國際會獎行業(yè)的地位。我們期待與ASM集團一起，吸引更多會展會獎活動來巴林舉辦。”

ASM Global announced as Operator of largest exhibition and convention center in the Middle East

On 10 August， ASM Global， announced its recent appointment as the managing operator for Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre. The project is set to complete construction in 2022 and will mark the launch of the regions largest exhibition and convention centre on a total site area of 309，000 sqm. The brand-new destination will feature state-of-the-art technology， as well as having the highest level of flexibility to host a range of events from exhibitions and conventions to concerts， live events， weddings， seminars and much more.

Bahrain Tourism & Exhibition Authority Chief Executive Officer Dr. Nasser Qaedi said “The new centre will reinforce the Kingdoms status regionally and internationally and Bahrains position in the MICE industry. We look forward to working with ASM Global to attract international exhibitions and conferences to be held in Bahrain”.
