人工智能背景下思想政治教育的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)機(jī)理和防范對(duì)策探究

摘 ?要：人工智能技術(shù)能夠顯著提升育人的針對(duì)性與時(shí)效性，在當(dāng)前思想政治教育工作中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。然而，從信息傳遞的角度來(lái)看，機(jī)械地引入人工智能技術(shù)必然為思想政治教育帶來(lái)新的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與挑戰(zhàn)——思想政治教育信息安全。文章從信息傳遞角度出發(fā)，識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)來(lái)源、揭示風(fēng)險(xiǎn)本質(zhì)，進(jìn)一步厘清人工智能下的思想政治教育所面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題，并建議采用與人工智能相兼容的保密通信技術(shù)規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上針對(duì)人工智能背景下的思想政治教育風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范提出對(duì)策，即增強(qiáng)“四個(gè)意識(shí)”、堅(jiān)決做到“兩個(gè)維護(hù)”，做到重視人的意識(shí)形態(tài)工作、加強(qiáng)青年學(xué)生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全教育和構(gòu)建信息安全技術(shù)體系三方面的協(xié)同。

Abstract： Artificial intelligence technology can significantly improve the pertinence and timeliness of education. AI technology plays an important role in the current ideological and political education. However， from the perspective of information transmission， the mechanical introduction of artificial intelligence technology will inevitably bring new risks and challenges： ideological and political education information security. From the perspective of information transmission， this paper identifies the source of risk， reveals the nature of risk， further clarifies the practical problems faced by ideological and political education under artificial intelligence， and proposes to adopt the secret communication technology compatible with artificial intelligence to avoid risks. On this basis， this paper puts forward countermeasures against the risk of ideological and political education under the background of artificial intelligence， that is， to strengthen the "Four Consciousness"， firmly achieve the "Two Maintenance"， pay attention to people's ideological work， strengthen the network information security education of young students and build the information security technology system.

高速發(fā)展的人工智能技術(shù)，不僅為網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育帶來(lái)了便利，并且為新時(shí)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育帶來(lái)了全新的變革與挑戰(zhàn)?！缎乱淮斯ぶ悄馨l(fā)展規(guī)劃》中提出要“圍繞教育、醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老等迫切民生需求，加快人工智能創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用，為公眾提供個(gè)性化、多元化、高品質(zhì)服務(wù)”[1]。高效可靠的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)思政帶來(lái)了時(shí)效性，而人工智能技術(shù)擁有強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)分類、計(jì)算和決策能力，這些都為網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育的開(kāi)展提供了空前的便利條件。然而，網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)本身長(zhǎng)期存在著信息安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題，思想政治教育信息在存儲(chǔ)、轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)與傳遞的過(guò)程中面臨著被竊取、攻擊甚至篡改破壞的風(fēng)險(xiǎn);建立在通信網(wǎng)上的人工智能技術(shù)同樣面臨著信息安全問(wèn)題，被攻擊的數(shù)據(jù)、被篡改的算法將對(duì)人工智能的決策過(guò)程造成極大的破壞。因此，對(duì)新時(shí)代下網(wǎng)絡(luò)思政教育面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行探究與識(shí)別就顯得尤為重要。

一、思想政治教育的發(fā)展變革

思想政治教育經(jīng)歷了從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代、大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代和人工智能時(shí)代的變革。以高開(kāi)放度、強(qiáng)互動(dòng)性為特點(diǎn)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代快速發(fā)展，使思想政治教育在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上延伸成為可能，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為思想政治教育的互聯(lián)互通提供了載體。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和通信技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，海量繁雜的數(shù)據(jù)充斥著人們的生活和工作，將這些大量的數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行有效地挖掘和分析，已經(jīng)在思想政治教育中得到一定程度的運(yùn)用。在高校中，學(xué)生使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行交流所產(chǎn)生的文字、圖片、視頻等資料構(gòu)成了大量的數(shù)據(jù)信息，如果它們能夠被有效利用和研究，會(huì)產(chǎn)生出更有價(jià)值、有質(zhì)量的信息和有規(guī)律性的結(jié)論，這將有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生管理科學(xué)化、學(xué)生服務(wù)精準(zhǔn)化、思想政治理論課程教學(xué)個(gè)性化。

在移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、超級(jí)計(jì)算、傳感網(wǎng)、腦科學(xué)等新理論新技術(shù)以及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展強(qiáng)烈需求的共同驅(qū)動(dòng)下，人工智能加速發(fā)展，呈現(xiàn)出深度學(xué)習(xí)、跨界融合、人機(jī)協(xié)同、群智開(kāi)放、自主操控等新特征[1]。2017年國(guó)務(wù)院正式發(fā)布的《新一代人工智能發(fā)展規(guī)劃》推動(dòng)了新一代人工智能相關(guān)學(xué)科的發(fā)展，成為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)各領(lǐng)域向智能化加速躍升的新引擎。
