市政府外辦攜手重報(bào)集團(tuán)加強(qiáng)國(guó)際傳播能力建設(shè)

為深入貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記在中共中央政治局第三十次集體學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)就加強(qiáng)國(guó)際傳播能力建設(shè)的重要講話(huà)精神，8月4日，市政府外辦黨組書(shū)記、主任章勇武，黨組成員、副主任王雯帶隊(duì)到重慶日?qǐng)?bào)報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)調(diào)研，與重報(bào)集團(tuán)黨委書(shū)記管洪，黨委副書(shū)記、總裁向澤映等領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，就共同加強(qiáng)國(guó)際傳播能力建設(shè)開(kāi)展座談交流。

雙方簽署合作協(xié)議，將用好用活外事資源，做大做強(qiáng)重慶國(guó)際傳播平臺(tái)，共同推進(jìn)外事工作對(duì)外宣傳，形成國(guó)際傳播合作機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、資源共享，通過(guò)國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)講好重慶故事。

座談會(huì)上，管洪對(duì)市政府外辦一行表示歡迎。他說(shuō)，此次簽約是貫徹落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記對(duì)國(guó)際傳播工作的重要講話(huà)精神，共同講好中國(guó)故事的具體舉措。也是支持重慶國(guó)際傳播中心在既往工作成效的基礎(chǔ)上，乘勢(shì)而上加快發(fā)展的具體行動(dòng)。下一步，希望重慶市政府外辦在平臺(tái)建設(shè)、精品內(nèi)容生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)中國(guó)西部國(guó)際傳播中心、線(xiàn)下活動(dòng)落點(diǎn)、對(duì)外合作等方面為重慶國(guó)際傳播中心發(fā)展提供更多支持，共同講好重慶故事，提升重慶城市國(guó)際形象。

章勇武表示，此次簽約是雙方合作的起點(diǎn)，希望雙方以此為契機(jī)，進(jìn)一步深化合作，為重慶建設(shè)中西部國(guó)際交往中心、建設(shè)內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放高地貢獻(xiàn)力量。具體而言，希望在三個(gè)方面“借船出?！保涸趯?duì)外交往和對(duì)外宣傳方面，借助重報(bào)集團(tuán)的平臺(tái)，用外國(guó)人聽(tīng)得懂、看得懂的語(yǔ)言講好重慶故事;在重慶全域尤其是區(qū)縣層面，全面提升開(kāi)放意識(shí)和思想;借助重報(bào)集團(tuán)的專(zhuān)業(yè)所長(zhǎng)，推動(dòng)市政府外辦下屬外宣媒體平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。

重慶國(guó)際傳播中心主任趙吾君詳細(xì)介紹中心發(fā)展情況，并表示將以建設(shè)西部國(guó)際傳播中心為牽引帶動(dòng)全盤(pán)工作再上臺(tái)階，實(shí)現(xiàn)重慶國(guó)際傳播中心在內(nèi)容、平臺(tái)、產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面全面升級(jí)。

王雯用“權(quán)威、專(zhuān)業(yè)、前沿、多元、責(zé)任感”概括參訪(fǎng)重報(bào)集團(tuán)的感受。她表示，希望通過(guò)此次簽約，共同用好優(yōu)勢(shì)資源，把重慶故事、對(duì)外交流的故事講好、傳遞好，并以此次合作為起點(diǎn)，雙方形成合力推動(dòng)國(guó)際傳播工作向高、向深、向遠(yuǎn)提升。市政府外辦將與重報(bào)集團(tuán)落實(shí)好協(xié)議事項(xiàng)，及時(shí)為重慶國(guó)際傳播中心提供外事相關(guān)的信息、故事、題材，共同做好重慶品牌建設(shè)。同時(shí)，市政府外辦也愿意利用外事資源助力其建設(shè)中國(guó)西部國(guó)際傳播中心。

據(jù)了解，重慶日?qǐng)?bào)報(bào)業(yè)集團(tuán)于2018年8月設(shè)立重慶國(guó)際傳播中心，建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)iChongqing英文網(wǎng)站及海外社交媒體。截至目前，iChongqing的海外用戶(hù)超過(guò)600萬(wàn)，成為重慶開(kāi)展對(duì)外傳播的主平臺(tái)，和外國(guó)人了解重慶的重要窗口。

根據(jù)協(xié)議，重慶國(guó)際傳播中心將在iChongqing英文網(wǎng)站開(kāi)設(shè)“國(guó)際交往（International Exchange）”頻道和“專(zhuān)題（Special）”頻道，“國(guó)際交往”下設(shè)“外事要聞（News）”“涉外服務(wù)（Service）”“國(guó)際友好城市（Sister Cities）”三大板塊。發(fā)布包含重要外賓訪(fǎng)渝、重要外事活動(dòng)、國(guó)際合作、國(guó)際人文交流等在內(nèi)的重慶涉外新聞。報(bào)道與解讀重慶的國(guó)際交往政策舉措，包括國(guó)際經(jīng)貿(mào)合作、成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)、文化交流、領(lǐng)事簽證、工作生活等相關(guān)政策法規(guī)、外國(guó)駐渝領(lǐng)事機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)系方式等，加深海外用戶(hù)對(duì)重慶的認(rèn)識(shí)，促進(jìn)重慶的國(guó)際交流與合作。

雙方將通過(guò)iChongqing的海外社交媒體矩陣，開(kāi)展重慶與國(guó)際友城的互動(dòng)。據(jù)悉，iChongqing已經(jīng)聯(lián)動(dòng)重慶國(guó)際友城社交媒體，以“街頭文化”為切入口，發(fā)起“重慶@國(guó)際友城街頭文化季”#streetculture活動(dòng)，體現(xiàn)重慶與國(guó)際友城之間的文化互動(dòng)。iChongqing將與國(guó)際友好城市海外社交賬號(hào)合作開(kāi)展美食節(jié)、街舞大賽等聯(lián)合話(huà)題活動(dòng)、打卡對(duì)應(yīng)城市重要節(jié)慶風(fēng)俗，通過(guò)Facebook、Twitter等海外主流社交媒體進(jìn)一步拉近與強(qiáng)化友城關(guān)系，推動(dòng)友好城市間在經(jīng)貿(mào)、科技、文化、教育等多領(lǐng)域合作。

市委外辦秘書(shū)處、市政府外辦秘書(shū)行政處、市政府外辦新聞處負(fù)責(zé)人參加上述活動(dòng)。

In order to thoroughly implement the guidelines of General Secretary Jinpings important speech on strengthening international communication capabilities during the 30th collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee， on August 4， Zhang Yongwu， Party leadership group secretary， and director general of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and Wang Wen， member of Party leadership group and deputy director general of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government led a group to the Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group for survey and held meeting discussions with leaders such as Guan Hong， Party secretary of Chongqing Daily Newspaper Group， and deputy Party secretary and president Xiang Zeying to jointly strengthen the building of international communication capabilities.

The two parties signed a cooperation agreement to make good use of foreign affairs resources， expand and reinforce Chongqing's international communication platform， jointly promote external publicity of foreign affairs work， form an international communication cooperation mechanism， achieve advantage supplementation and resource sharing and tell Chongqing stories well through the international Internet.

At the meeting， Guan Hong welcomed the group of the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government. He said that this signing is a concrete measure to implement the guidelines of President Xi Jinping's important speech on international communication work and jointly telling the stories of China well. It is also a concrete action to support the Chongqing International Media Center to ride the wave and accelerate its development on the basis of previous work results. In the next step， it is hoped that the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government will provide more support for the development of Chongqing International Media Center in terms of platform construction， high-quality content production， construction of Western China International Media Center， offline event implementation， and foreign cooperation， and jointly tell the Chongqing stories well and enhance the international city image of Chongqing.

Zhang Yongwu said that this signing marks the starting point for bilateral cooperation and he hoped that both parties will take this opportunity to further deepen cooperation and contribute to Chongqing's construction of an international exchange center in Central and Western China and an inland high ground of opening up. Specifically， he wished to "go global" in three aspects： in terms of foreign exchanges and foreign publicity， using the platform of Chongqing Newspaper Daily Group， tell the stories of Chongqing in a language that foreigners can fully understand; in Chongqing as a whole， especially at the district and county level， comprehensively enhance the awareness and thinking of opening up; with the expertise of Chongqing Newspaper Daily Group， promote the transformation and upgrading of the foreign publicity media platforms under the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government.

Zhao Wujun， director of the Chongqing International Media Center， introduced the development of the Center in detail， and said that the construction of the Western International Media Center will bring the overall work to a higher level and achieve comprehensive upgrading of the Chongqing International Media Center in terms of content， platform， and industry.

Wang Wen used "authoritative， professional， cutting-edge， diverse and responsible" to summarize her observations of visiting Chongqing Newspaper Daily Group. She hoped that through this signing， superior resources could be well leveraged to tell and convey the stories of Chongqing and foreign exchanges well. And taking this cooperation as a starting point， the two sides will form a synergy to promote international communication work to higher， deeper and farther dimensions. The Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government will implement the agreement jointly with Chongqing Newspaper Group， provide the Chongqing International Media Center with information， stories， and themes related to foreign affairs in a timely manner， and forge the Chongqing brand together. At the same time， the Foreign Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's Government is also willing to use foreign affairs resources to help building the Western China International Media Center.
