Last weekend my father drove his car into the town. All of a sudden. he met with a straydog lying on the road. My father stopped and picked it up， only to find it was seriouslywounded. He examined it silently and found part of its one ear was gone. He put it in his carand looked after it carefully. To his joy， it returned to health soon. Since then， the dog has beenalways following around. It always sits beside my father when he drives a long way to delivergoods. That brings much pleasure on the dull way. I think that perhaps the dog is showingthanks to my father for saving its life in its own way.
