基于系統(tǒng)偏差的車門玻璃升降阻力計(jì)算模型

摘 要：以某車型為例，討論系統(tǒng)偏差情況下的玻璃升降阻力計(jì)算模型。先建立玻璃的幾何模型，通過分析玻璃的偏轉(zhuǎn)量計(jì)算玻璃力矩，當(dāng)力矩平衡時(shí)，玻璃處于偏差位置下的動態(tài)平衡，再進(jìn)行升降阻力計(jì)算，最終與升降器進(jìn)行匹配分析。

Calculation Model of Lifting Resistance of Car Door Glass Based on System Deviation

Abstract：Taking a certain vehicle model as an example， the calculation model of glass lifting resistance under the condition of system deviation is discussed. The geometric model of the glass is first established， and the glass torque is calculated by analyzing the deflection of the glass. When the torque is balanced， the glass is in the dynamic balance at the deviated position， then the lifting resistance is calculated， and finally the matching analysis with the lifter is performed.
