江蘇省常州高級中學(xué)高一學(xué)生赴常州兩所職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校參加社會實踐活動。通過學(xué)習(xí)和體驗，同學(xué)們領(lǐng)悟到了青少年學(xué)習(xí)專業(yè)技術(shù)的重要性。

Passage 1? Colorful tea culture

I was involved in the activity of appreciating tea culture，which is connected with our brilliant Chinese cultures. The teacher， whose smile is sunny， told us the origin and types of tea and how tea became popular. She also told us how the ancient people drank it. I was really fascinated by the knowledge. The teacher performed elegantly and fluently， but I did in a clumsy manner while practicing. Thus， the tea I made tasted bitter， just like the balsam pear（苦瓜）. Fortunately， the lovely teacher was patient and saved me from the embarrassing situation.

This was really a fantastic and unforgettable experience， which enabled me to enjoy the charm of tea culture and fulfill my mental pursuit.

Passage 2? Unique experience of flower arranging

On Friday， I took a flower arranging class. Flower arrangement is an art， which not only tests our sense of aesthetic（審美）， but also tests our patience. The teacher instructed us how to arrange different shapes and how to combine the colors. We were all ears and learnt quickly. All these elements in forget?me?not and roses like dark green， light purple， bright yellow were combined in a fashionable manner. We took pride in our final products and would take home to decorate the original monotonous（單調(diào)的） living room. Our original design work wonders in our daily life. Art is everywhere！

Passage 3? Harvest from learning to repair cars

Today， I attended a car?repairing class. When I had a first glimpse of the circuity map（電流圖）， I felt at a loss， for there were a great many strange and complicated elements staring at me silently. Fortunately， with my teachers aid， I managed to distinguish the positive pole of batteries from the negative one and master the basic use of multimeter（萬用表）.

Nevertheless， what impressed me most was far more than the knowledge I obtained. It was a spirit called “STAY HUNGRY， STAY FOOLISH”.

As Steve Jobs puts it， everyone should be ready to learn， whatever he is. Despite the poor conditions in the basement， we listened to the teacher attentively and took notes carefully. There came our turn and we cooperated with each other for fear of making a tiny mistake. Only if everything was handled properly could we take a short break， which even moved our teacher. It was such a persistent spirit that contributed to our growth in full measure.

From my perspective， it doesnt really matter how much weve obtained since we must acknowledge that one day was too short to master a skill. However， the spirit of “STAY HUNGRY， STAY FOOLISH” should be memorized for the honor of the youth.

Passage 4? Interesting coffee making

What I chose to learn was making coffee and bartending， which required much patience and carefulness. With the teachers instructions， I learned that making a cup of cappuccino generally required three steps. The first step was making coffee base liquid， which was done with coffee powder and an espresso machine（濃縮咖啡機）. Secondly， make steam milk froth. For the strength and angle of the stirring， it had high requirements. Finally， they were mixed together in turn， and then a little more details were added. A cup of cappuccino with delicious color and fragrance was completed！

In addition， mixing drink also brings much fun. Different cocktails have different making methods. For example， some only need to be mixed directly; some need to be added in order to layer them， and some even need to be fired. Under the guidance of the teacher， we made a total of three different cocktails which tasted delicious！

From this experience， I fully realize that I still have a long way to go before becoming a professional and we should cherish the fruits of peoples hard labor. As a saying goes， “Read thousands of books and travel thousands of miles.” We are supposed to take more social practice and apply what weve learnt to practice.

Passage 5? Little versatile electrician

During the social practice， I chose to attend the class named Control of Common Motors for my interest in electrics and motors. I learnt how an alternating?current motor （交流電機） worked and how a frequency converter（變壓器） controlled the speed of the motor， which might not be difficulty for me. However， when we were required to connect the wires on our own， I felt nervous. Thats really challenging because of the dangerous 380V alternating current we were facing！ Fortunately， our teacher guided us with great patience， and I finished the task successfully. Then， we reset the parameters of the frequency converter to get control of the motor by the switches and knobs on the board. By trial and error， I finally managed to adjust the motor to 7 different speeds， and I received an award at the end of the class.

This experience has left a deep impression on me. Not only does it enrich my knowledge of electrics， but it helps me acquire a further understanding of the significance of technology. In addition， it has aroused my admiration for technicians and mechanics， who possess the professional technique that no one else could be their equals. Above all， they are now， and will be making great contributions to our society.
