摘 ?要:作為新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)第一部以法典命名的法律,民法典的頒布具有里程碑及劃時(shí)代的意義。民法典作為一部集民事法律之大成的典集,其標(biāo)志著我國(guó)當(dāng)今社會(huì)步入了私權(quán)保護(hù)的新時(shí)代。但如何才能有效地將民法典的私權(quán)保障落實(shí)到人民群眾生活的方方面面呢?這需要我們所有的社會(huì)組織及民眾個(gè)人都做出相應(yīng)的改變。學(xué)前教育是我們國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,是提升國(guó)民素質(zhì)、促進(jìn)民眾個(gè)體全面發(fā)展的最基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),同時(shí)也對(duì)提升義務(wù)教育階段的教學(xué)質(zhì)量與教學(xué)效益具有重大意義。故在民法典時(shí)代,幼兒園作為最為重要的學(xué)前教育機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)肩負(fù)何種職責(zé)值得我們深入探討。

The Duty of Kindergarten in the Era of Civil Code

【Abstract】As the first law named after the code since the founding of New China,the promulgation of the Civil Code has a milestone and epoch-making significance. The Civil Code,as a collection of civil laws,marks that Chinas society has entered a new era of protection of private rights. But how can we effectively implement the protection of private rights in the Civil Code into all aspects of peoples lives?This requires all of our social organizations and individuals to make corresponding changes. Preschool education is an important part of basic education in our country. It is the most basic link to improve the national quality and promote the comprehensive development of the people. At the same time,it is of great significance to improve the teaching quality and teaching efficiency of compulsory education stage. Therefore,in the era of the Civil Code,as the most important preschool education institutions,what responsibilities should kindergartens shoulder is worth our in-depth discussion.

幼兒作為祖國(guó)的希望與未來(lái),對(duì)幼兒的法制教育不容懈怠?,F(xiàn)如今步入民法典時(shí)代,民法典的教育亦需要從學(xué)前教育時(shí)期就開始滲透。幼兒園作為最為重要的學(xué)前教育機(jī)構(gòu),對(duì)幼兒進(jìn)行關(guān)于民法典等方面的法制教育,幼兒園需要承擔(dān)的義務(wù)和職責(zé)也愈加重大。幼兒園及幼兒教師作為學(xué)前教育的主體,需要在教學(xué)活動(dòng)中去探索教學(xué)方法,向在園幼兒不斷地去滲透民法典理念。筆者將從幼兒園的職責(zé)入手,通過(guò)探討民法典在幼兒園教育體系的滲入,幼兒園中幼兒園師生關(guān)系的重構(gòu),以及幼兒園在保障權(quán)利管理模式的變革等方面進(jìn)行探究,使民法典的法律知識(shí)與幼兒的法律意識(shí)能夠在幼兒園教學(xué)活動(dòng)中得到建立,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)民法典與學(xué)前教育體系的深度融合。
