自動擴口壓裝機液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

摘 要：文章介紹了自動擴口壓裝機液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計全過程，通過理論計算、選型、安裝調(diào)試及驗證，實現(xiàn)了高壓力、活塞桿精準(zhǔn)同步運行的目的，最終達(dá)到產(chǎn)品的高精度、低成本的高效加工要求。

Abstract： This paper introduces the whole design process of the hydraulic system of the auto-expanding press. Through theoretical calculation， selection， installation， debugging and verification， the aim of high pressure and precise synchronous operation of the Piston Rod is realized， the final product to achieve high precision， low cost and efficient processing requirements.

前言

我司在2018年承接一項自動化擴口壓裝設(shè)備的設(shè)計和制造工作。根據(jù)具體需求，本人負(fù)責(zé)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、安裝、調(diào)試驗證等任務(wù)。其主要難點為執(zhí)行元件液路流量大、壓力高、動作精準(zhǔn)同步、活塞桿位置實時可控。本體基本構(gòu)架如圖1：

4 結(jié)語

通過以上設(shè)計和選型，對液壓系統(tǒng)安裝調(diào)試，反復(fù)驗證各類元器件的功能效果，使之達(dá)到自動擴口壓裝機的總設(shè)計要求，同時編制液壓系統(tǒng)使用和維護(hù)說明書，最終形成合格的設(shè)備。通過產(chǎn)品的大批量生產(chǎn)，保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時，實現(xiàn)了高精度、低成本的高效加工。
