活動介紹類書信是通過書信的形式向收信人簡要介紹某個活動的目的、內(nèi)容及意義等的應(yīng)用文，也是高考常涉及的書信形式。寫信時應(yīng)注意層次清晰、內(nèi)容簡明扼要。

活動介紹類書信一般分為下面三個步驟進(jìn)行寫作：

第一步，問候并說明寫信目的;

第二步，寫明活動名稱、目的、內(nèi)容及參加對象等;

第三步，說明活動的意義或自己的體會。

Im glad that you are interested in the campus book fair and Im writing to give you a brief introduction to it.

Aimed at providing a platform where students can exchange their books， the annual campus book fair will be held in our school on this Friday.
