凱德Mall·新都心坐落于青島新都心核心地段的嶄新商圈,直通青島市第一條地鐵系統(tǒng)。外立面的流線造型體現(xiàn)行人及車流的動感;商場內(nèi)部則展現(xiàn)凱德一如既往的標志性購物體驗。
我們對入口方向的設(shè)計進行了考量,以方便直接通往位于場地東側(cè)的地鐵站、及周邊主要車輛/出租車??空?。室內(nèi)空間圍繞一個線條柔和的中庭展開,將地下二層、四層、五層、六層的餐飲店鋪串聯(lián)起來。中庭為開放的露臺式餐飲區(qū)域打造了一個室內(nèi)花園,提供了一處親近自然的場所,自下而上的景觀也吸引著顧客進入位于購物中心上層的零售店鋪區(qū)域。
直線和曲線形的店面形成的對比在購物中心內(nèi)部營造了一個不斷變化的空間,也構(gòu)成了一系列造型獨特,別致有趣的內(nèi)部公共空間??臻g上方的屋頂開了變化多樣的孔洞,既引入自然光線,也滿足人工照明需求,可自如控制下方通道和中庭空間的采光。
Strategic public spaces designed to draw shoppers to upper levels.
The project is located in the heart of Qingdao’s New Urban Center, a new commercial zone with a direct link to Qingdao’s new subway system.It strives to create an exterior that indicates the movement of pedestrians and vehicles across the site, and an interior befittingCapitamall’s signature shopping experience.
Entries are oriented to facilitate direct access to the subway system and the main car/taxi drop-off.The interior is built around the soft form of the central structure that holds various dining-location levels.This core features an interior garden area for terrace-style eating, providing a touch of nature which attracts shoppers to the upper levels and the retail elements.The play of linear and curving facades makes for a continually changing spatial environment, creating a series of internal public spaces which have a unique character.Apertures in the roof can accommodate both natural and artificial light,allowing the control of light over the walkways and atrium spaces.
