9歲中國女孩聯(lián)合國演講：保護(hù)熊貓，保護(hù)地球

2019年12月7日，在西班牙馬德里召開的第25屆聯(lián)合國氣候變化大會上，作為年齡最小的演講嘉賓，年僅9歲的中國成都女孩黎子琳以“青年的力量·青年的責(zé)任”為主題發(fā)表全英文演講，黎子琳的發(fā)言以熊貓保護(hù)為切入點(diǎn)，介紹中國青少年在氣候變化中所做的努力和貢獻(xiàn)，并呼吁全球青少年與熊貓站在一起，踐行環(huán)保，應(yīng)對氣候變化。黎子琳在聯(lián)合國的表現(xiàn)，不僅獲得會議現(xiàn)場各國與會代表及媒體的一致好評，其演講視頻更是全網(wǎng)刷屏，各大媒體輪番稱贊子琳：中華少年“展公益愛心，揚(yáng)中華美德”。在大會的現(xiàn)場，黎子琳還和小伙伴陳鶴途一起發(fā)起了“Stand with Panda，Unite to Combat Climate Change”（和大熊貓站在一起，團(tuán)結(jié)起來應(yīng)對氣候變化）的環(huán)保倡議。頭戴熊貓發(fā)飾、帽子的兩位少年，可愛大方，向各個(gè)環(huán)保人士發(fā)送環(huán)保明信片，并邀請他們在環(huán)保條幅上簽名。倡議活動(dòng)僅僅進(jìn)行了一個(gè)多小時(shí)，就得到現(xiàn)場100多位與會代表的支持和響應(yīng)。網(wǎng)友們紛紛夸贊：“熊貓女孩”的演講充滿正能量、具親和力和實(shí)踐性，也非常打動(dòng)人心。

Ladies and gentlemen， good afternoon！ My name is Li Zilin and I am nine years old. I come from Chengdu， capital of southwest Chinas Sichuan Province. Today I am very honor to share with you my understanding of youth power in climate action.

My hometown Chengdu is famous for the giant panda， Chinas national treasure. The panda is very popular among kids because it is cute， clumsy and plumpish， moving slowly to enjoy life. Sometimes， I really wish the tempo of study can be slowed down and everyone will enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. But I am aware in this world， not everything can be done slowly. Many issues call for immediate action， such as combating the climate change.

Before I came here， I hosted an activity at my school about panda and climate awareness. I think it would be a good hook to relate the climate issue with the panda because the panda survival is also threatened by global warming. In the end， my classmates signed their names after learning why the climate change is endangering the panda and posing threat for the humans.

For myself， my pledge is “l(fā)ove panda， love the earth”. Since the panda has survived changes on earth of more than a million years and is always referred to as a living fossil， it demonstrates the biodiversity of the nature. As the 2020 UN Biodiversity Conference will be held in Kunming next year in China， we sincerely welcome you to come to China， to the Biodiversity Conference， to know about pandas and to see Chinese youth in action. 女士們先生們，大家下午好。我叫黎子琳，今年九歲，來自位于中國西南部的四川省省會成都。今天非常榮幸能在這里與大家分享我對氣候行動(dòng)中青年力量的想法。

我的家鄉(xiāng)成都因?yàn)榇笮茇埗劽谑?，因?yàn)樗鼈兒B(tài)可掬，不緊不慢地享受著生活，因此深受孩子們的喜愛。有時(shí)候，我也希望學(xué)習(xí)和生活的節(jié)奏可以慢下來，大家都能享受輕松愉快的生活方式。但我知道世界上有些事情已經(jīng)迫在眉睫，很多問題需要我們共同采取行動(dòng)，刻不容緩，比如，應(yīng)對氣候變化。

在我來到這里之前，我在學(xué)校主持了一次熊貓和氣候意識的活動(dòng)，我認(rèn)為將氣候問題與大熊貓關(guān)聯(lián)起來是一個(gè)很好的切入點(diǎn)，因?yàn)榇笮茇埖纳嬉彩艿搅巳蜃兣耐{。在活動(dòng)的最后，我的校友們在了解到氣候變化對熊貓和人類構(gòu)成的威脅之后，在承諾書上簽下了他們的名字。

就我而言，我的口號是“珍愛熊貓，珍愛地球”。大熊貓?jiān)诎偃f年間經(jīng)歷地球滄海桑田的變遷，被稱為活化石，是大自然生物多樣性的見證者。2020年聯(lián)合國生物多樣性大會將于明年在中國昆明舉辦，我誠邀各位參會，親身感受中國青年的行動(dòng)力量。謝謝大家！
