和朋友一塊去紐約免稅店購物，她看上了一個Gucci包包，高端大氣，非常漂亮。她在想要是拿到國內(nèi)就可以到公司顯擺啦。關(guān)鍵是，打折厲害。標(biāo)簽價格是30% off！ 三折的優(yōu)惠，到手只要6，000多！那可真是太劃算了。這款包包在國內(nèi)可是要3萬多哦。她拿了包包開心地去付款，結(jié)果……

售貨員很溫柔地對她說，“Miss， your total bill is 2，162 dollars.”

“What？ The original price is 3，088 dollars， but why is a 30% discount so expensive？”

我朋友大吃一驚！3，088美元那不是要2萬多人民幣了？和她想的完全不一樣。為什么會是這樣？

原來，她沒有搞清楚30% 的真正含義。在英語中，30% off 的意思“30%去掉了”。相當(dāng)于我們中國的“七折”。3，088的7折，當(dāng)然就是2，162了。我朋友還想以926美元的價格拿這個包呢。哈哈！

所以，如果不懂購物的“密語”你就會很尷尬。

一、discount 打折

在國外，經(jīng)常會有打折。和國內(nèi)一樣，隨時都有不同花樣的打折。一般標(biāo)簽架子上都會夸張地貼一個紅色牌子，上面寫著xx% off來表示打折。30% off 是指打七折！依次類推，10% discount指打九折，20% discount 指打八折。

別天真地一看到30% off就 兩眼都放光了，以為是打三折！

除了這些花樣，店家還有很多“密語”。從包里掏錢之前，一定要仔細(xì)看清楚了。

“特價促銷”一般可以用sale、bargain、promotion、haggle來表達(dá)。

經(jīng)常使用的打折方式有：

buy one and get one free 就是“買一送一”;

buy two and get one free “買二送一”;

buy one get one 50% off “第二件半價”;

cash back/rebate “滿減” （即達(dá)到一定的消費(fèi)額度，會有一定的現(xiàn)金返還）;

coupon “優(yōu)惠券”（商家提供特定的優(yōu)惠券，券上有打折的方式）。

二、after?sale service 售后服務(wù)

除了打折的“密語”，我們還要明白國外其他購物的售后“密語”。

1.exchange 換貨

國外的商場一般都會提供一定時段內(nèi)的換貨服務(wù)。在滿足一定的條件下，顧客可以換貨。當(dāng)然，你一定要仔細(xì)閱讀其條款，不要上當(dāng)了。

2.refund 退款

同樣地，國外購物大多有限制性的退款條款。只有在滿足條款的情況下，才可以退款。
