花珊珊

China is my motherland. It lies in the east of Asia. As we all know， Beijing is the capital of China.

China’s population（人口） is more than 1.4 billion（十億）. The population in the east is more than that in the west. In terms of（在……方面） the climate（氣候）， it is wet and warm in the south while it is dry and cold in the north.

China has a long history， and there are a lot of places of interest（名勝古跡） in China， such as the Great Wall， the Summer Palace， the West Lake.

In the last twenty years， great changes have taken place（發(fā)生） in my motherland. I am sure that China’s future development（發(fā)展） will be much better.
