摘要:為了篩選適合湖北省黃岡市種植的大豆[Glycine max (Linn.) Merr]品種,以中豆41為對照,對9個大豆新品種的生育期、形態(tài)特征、農(nóng)藝性狀、產(chǎn)量及其構(gòu)成因素進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果表明,濉科23、駐豆20、興豆5號、蘇豆23號為中早熟品種,全生育期在100 d左右,HD21638、HD21144、油春1204、蒙0811、商豆066為中晚熟品種,全生育期在110 d以上,實(shí)際栽培中可根據(jù)換茬等具體情況進(jìn)行選種。駐豆20、興豆5號分別比對照增產(chǎn)19.5%和12.2%,差異達(dá)到極顯著水平,且完好粒率達(dá)到86%以上,可在黃岡地區(qū)適當(dāng)推廣種植。

Preliminary report on regional adaptability comparison
test of different soybean varieties

Abstract: In order to select suitable soybean[Glycine max(Linn.) Merr] varieties for planting in Huanggang city, Hubei province, the Zhongdou 41 was selected as control, and the growing stages, plant type characteristics, agronomic traits, yield and its components of 9 soybean varieties were compared. The results show that Suike 23, Zudou 20, Xingdou No.5, Sudou No.23 are early maturity varieties, growth period was about 100 days; HD21638, HD21144,Youchun 1204, Meng 0811 and Shangdou 066 are late varieties, growth period was above 110 days. So in actual cultivation, seed selection can be carried out according to stubble changing and other specific conditions. The yield of Zudou 20, Xingdou No.5 increased by 19.5% and 12.2% compared with control respectively, reached statistical significant level, and the whole grain rate of these two varieties was above 86%, so they could be popularized in Huanggang trials.

大豆[Glycine max (Linn.) Merr]因具有較高的營養(yǎng)價值、生理活性和廣泛的工業(yè)用途而成為重要的農(nóng)業(yè)資源[1]。目前在中國,人們每年對大豆的需求量在不斷增加,但其中大部分都依賴于進(jìn)口[1-4],因此,提高國產(chǎn)大豆產(chǎn)量、改良大豆性狀是當(dāng)前大豆產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要思考的問題[5-9]。在促進(jìn)大豆生產(chǎn)水平和改良性狀的諸多因素中,大豆品種的不斷更新是引導(dǎo)其產(chǎn)量提高、性狀改良的直接因素之一[10,11]。本研究比較了9個大豆新品種的生育期、農(nóng)藝性狀、產(chǎn)量及其構(gòu)成因素,以期篩選出適合黃岡市栽培推廣的優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)新品種,加快新優(yōu)品種的轉(zhuǎn)化和應(yīng)用,為當(dāng)?shù)卮蠖巩a(chǎn)業(yè)健康、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支撐。
1? 材料與方法
1.1? 供試材料
試驗(yàn)在湖北省黃岡市農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院梅家墩基地進(jìn)行,供試品種及其來源見表1,以中豆41為對照。
1.2? 田間設(shè)計(jì)
試驗(yàn)采用隨機(jī)區(qū)組排列,3次重復(fù)。小區(qū)面積17.5 m2,每小區(qū)10行,行長3.5 m(含溝寬,但定苗時注意根據(jù)實(shí)際廂面寬留苗,保證密度),收獲前割去邊行邊株,收獲中間8行計(jì)產(chǎn),計(jì)產(chǎn)行長2.5 m,實(shí)收計(jì)產(chǎn)面積10 m2。
各品種于5月31日播種;種植密度為行距0.5 m、株距0.1 m,保苗19.95萬株/hm2;播種方式為條播。
1.3? 數(shù)據(jù)測定及處理
取試驗(yàn)小區(qū)內(nèi)中間兩行生長正常、無缺株的連續(xù)10株為考種樣本,不用邊行邊株,3個小區(qū)各取一次(計(jì)算小區(qū)產(chǎn)量時注意收取的樣本所在小區(qū),產(chǎn)量應(yīng)計(jì)入該取樣小區(qū)內(nèi))。將以上3個樣本各計(jì)算其平均值,取均值較近的兩個計(jì)算均值。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)通過Excel和SAS進(jìn)行處理分析。
