自擬柴苓飲聯(lián)合干擾素及利巴韋林治療慢性丙型肝炎的臨床研究

[摘要] 目的 探討自擬中藥方柴苓飲聯(lián)合干擾素及利巴韋林治療慢性丙型肝炎的臨床療效。 方法 選取2014年1月～2018年5月期間在我院接受慢性丙型肝炎治療的患者26例，將所選患者隨機(jī)分為研究組與對(duì)照組，對(duì)照組患者接受聚乙二醇干擾素α-2a與利巴韋林治療，研究組同時(shí)加用自擬中藥方柴苓飲治療，并對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行為期6個(gè)月的隨訪。對(duì)兩組患者改善肝臟硬度的有效率、血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶（ALT）、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶（AST）、堿性磷酸酶（ALP）以及γ-谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶（GGT）的指標(biāo)以及白蛋白（ALB）、球蛋白（GLB）、白蛋白/球蛋白（A/G）的改善情況進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果 研究組改善肝臟硬度的有效率高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;研究組患者血清中ALT、AST、ALP以及GGT水平低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;研究組治療后的ALB、GLB、A/G的改善高于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 在對(duì)慢性丙型肝炎患者使用聚乙二醇干擾素α-2a與利巴韋林治療過(guò)程中，加用自擬中藥方柴苓飲，能更有效地改善患者的肝臟硬度，減輕肝臟炎癥，改善肝臟功能，值得在臨床上進(jìn)行推廣。

Clinical study on self-made Chailing decoction combined with interferon and ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Chailing decoction combined with interferon and ribavirin in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C. Methods A total of 26 patients who underwent chronic hepatitis C treatment in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the control group received peginterferon α-2a and ribavirin treatment， the study group also used the self-made Chinese medicine Chailing decoction treatment. And the two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months. Effectiveness of improving liver stiffness， and the improvement of serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT）， aspartate aminotransferase （AST）， alkaline phosphatase （ALP）， gamma-glutamyltransferase （GGT） indicators， albumin （ALB）， globulin （GLB） and albumin/globulin （A/G） in two groups of patients were compared. Results The effective rate of improvement of liver stiffness in the study group was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The serum levels of ALT， AST， ALP and GGT in the study group were lower than those in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The improvement of ALB， GLB and A/G in the study group was higher than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic hepatitis C patients with peginterferon α-2a and ribavirin， the use of self-made traditional Chinese medicine Chailing decoction can effectively improve the liver stiffness， reduce liver inflammation and improve liver function， which is worthy of clinical promotion.
