合肥，處江淮之間，因東淝河與南淝河交匯于此而得名，并因隋唐明清時(shí)為廬州路、郡、府治所在而別稱“廬州”。合肥是長(zhǎng)三角世界級(jí)城市群副中心和“一帶一路”、長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶雙節(jié)點(diǎn)城市，是合肥都市圈、合蕪蚌國(guó)家自主創(chuàng)新示范區(qū)核心城市，正在加快打造具有國(guó)際影響力的創(chuàng)新之都。

適逢四九五九，料峭的寒冬已漸漸遠(yuǎn)去。

在這個(gè)冰雪消融萬(wàn)物生長(zhǎng)的季節(jié)，中國(guó)畫報(bào)界在安徽合肥召開(kāi)了第三屆會(huì)員代表大會(huì)，投票選舉產(chǎn)生了新一屆協(xié)會(huì)理事會(huì)，劉建生當(dāng)選中國(guó)畫報(bào)協(xié)會(huì)第三屆理事會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)。作為全國(guó)54家會(huì)員單位之一，今日重慶雜志社也參加了會(huì)議。

In the season with snow melting and plants growing,Chinese Painting Press convened the 3rd Session Members Congress in Hefei, Anhui Province, and voted to elect the new Board of Directors, Comrade Liu Jiansheng was elected as the new Chairman. As the one of 54 member units in the country, Today's Chongqing Magazine also attended the Congress.
