【摘要】 目的:探討柔性護(hù)理在精神科電話回訪中的應(yīng)用效果,分析其對(duì)于患者家屬的價(jià)值。方法:選取筆者所在醫(yī)院精神科2017年4月-2018年10月收治的250例患者作為研究對(duì)象,分為觀察組(柔性護(hù)理)和對(duì)照組(常規(guī)電話回訪),各125例,比較兩組患者家屬滿意度及其對(duì)護(hù)理知識(shí)和護(hù)理技巧掌握情況。結(jié)果:觀察組患者家屬護(hù)理滿意度(96.0%)高于對(duì)照組(86.4%),觀察組護(hù)理知識(shí)掌握良好率(95.2%)、護(hù)理技巧掌握良好率(93.6%)均高于對(duì)照組(73.6%、74.4%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:柔性護(hù)理在精神科電話回訪中的應(yīng)用,能夠?yàn)榛颊咛峁┤诵曰淖o(hù)理服務(wù),進(jìn)而提高患者家屬護(hù)理知識(shí)及技巧掌握程度,提高患者家屬護(hù)理滿意度。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of flexible nursing in psychiatric telephone return visit,and to analyze its value to patients families.Method:A total of 250 psychiatric patients in our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group(flexible nursing) and the control group(routine telephone return visit),with 125 cases in each group.The satisfaction of family members of the two groups and their mastery of nursing knowledge and skills were compared.Result:The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group(96.0%) was higher than that in the control group(86.4%),the good rate of nursing knowledge in the observation group(95.2%) and the good rate of nursing skills in the observation group(93.6%) were higher than those in the control group(73.6%,74.4%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the flexible nursing in the follow-up of the psychiatric telephone can provide a human-friendly nursing service for the patients,and further improve the nursing knowledge and the skill of the family of the patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of the family of the patients.

在精神疾病患者的治療恢復(fù)期間,患者家屬承擔(dān)著巨大的護(hù)理壓力[1]。出院后,患者家屬在長(zhǎng)期照護(hù)精神疾病患者的過(guò)程中,焦慮、抑郁情緒的積聚,會(huì)增加其心理負(fù)擔(dān),影響其身心健康。因此,為了緩解精神疾病患者家屬的護(hù)理壓力,醫(yī)院精神科應(yīng)做好回訪工作,調(diào)查了解患者的治療恢復(fù)情況,在護(hù)理方面給予相應(yīng)的指導(dǎo),幫助其掌握基本的護(hù)理知識(shí)和護(hù)理技巧,有助于提高家庭護(hù)理效果,得到患者及其家屬的滿意與肯定[2]。本研究探討了250例精神科患者住院后的電話回訪工作,觀察柔性護(hù)理在其中的實(shí)施效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
選取筆者所在醫(yī)院精神科2017年4月-2018年10月收治的250例患者作為研究對(duì)象。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):根據(jù)中國(guó)精神障礙分類與診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)CCMD-3,以上患者確診有精神障礙。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):合并嚴(yán)重心肝腎功能障礙者,排除不能遵醫(yī)囑用藥患者。隨機(jī)分為觀察組(柔性護(hù)理)和對(duì)照組(常規(guī)電話回訪),各125例。觀察組男69例,女56例,年齡31~73歲,平均(42.54±5.13)歲;對(duì)照組男70例,女55例,年齡33~75歲,平均(43.82±4.82)歲。兩組基本資料比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。本次研究經(jīng)過(guò)醫(yī)院倫理委員會(huì)的審核并獲得批準(zhǔn),并得到患者及其家屬的知情同意,簽署知情同意書。
