2018年11月29日,第十屆“重慶·臺灣周”在重慶開幕,來自渝臺兩地共600余名企業(yè)家代表參加此次盛會,探討兩地文化交流與經(jīng)貿(mào)合作。
本屆“重慶·臺灣周”主題為“兩岸同心融合發(fā)展,渝臺攜手合作共贏”,包括電子信息產(chǎn)業(yè)、制造業(yè)、商業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)等產(chǎn)業(yè)在內(nèi)的臺灣中小企業(yè)人士來渝參加。一系列促進(jìn)兩岸交流的活動,具體包括重要活動、經(jīng)貿(mào)交流活動、文化交流活動、基層交流活動等相繼舉行。
簽約儀式上,集中簽訂兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)合作重點項目14個,投資總額55.75億元人民幣,主要涉及金融業(yè)、智能制造、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)、國際貿(mào)易等產(chǎn)業(yè)和領(lǐng)域。
2018年11月28日,重慶保稅港區(qū)消息,截至目前,保稅港區(qū)已累計引進(jìn)物流企業(yè)約300家,1—9月實現(xiàn)營業(yè)收入約80億元。保稅港區(qū)依托“水、鐵、空、公、軌”多式聯(lián)運(yùn)物流通道優(yōu)勢,以及自由貿(mào)易試驗區(qū)、中新互聯(lián)互通項目、保稅港區(qū)和貿(mào)易功能區(qū)政策疊加優(yōu)勢,充分利用國際商貿(mào)物流園和空港貿(mào)易功能區(qū)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ),預(yù)計到2020年,空港功能區(qū)現(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)“3個100”目標(biāo)(即建成倉儲面積100萬平方米,匯集各類物流商貿(mào)企業(yè)100家,年產(chǎn)值100億元)規(guī)模,初步形成立體多式聯(lián)運(yùn)基地。
2018年11月28日,長安汽車技術(shù)開放日暨挑戰(zhàn)吉尼斯世界記錄活動,在重慶墊江西部汽車試驗場舉行,55輛長安汽車成功挑戰(zhàn)吉尼斯世界紀(jì)錄—最大規(guī)模的自動駕駛車巡游,并順利通過全程3.2公里的距離,成為全球首個成功創(chuàng)造該紀(jì)錄的汽車品牌。這次挑戰(zhàn)成功,是長安汽車“北斗天樞”智能化戰(zhàn)略的又一突破,代表中國品牌在汽車“智”造方面再創(chuàng)佳績,站在了汽車智能化的新高度。
2018年11月25日,由世界銀行集團(tuán)和重慶市生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展中心合作完成的國際研究項目—《重慶2035:城市發(fā)展研究》結(jié)題,并披露了對2035年重慶發(fā)展愿景的論證和推演。研究報告認(rèn)為,重慶直轄20年快速發(fā)展,是中國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展軌跡的一個縮影。對2035年重慶發(fā)展愿景,課題組認(rèn)為重慶可實現(xiàn)“中國的重慶”向“世界的重慶”的跨越,由“數(shù)量追趕型”的國家城市轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤百|(zhì)量領(lǐng)先型”的世界城市,邁向高效、包容、宜居、特色的全球城市。該課題研究團(tuán)隊陣容強(qiáng)大,包括法國城市形態(tài)和綜合系統(tǒng)研究院、美國卡爾索普事務(wù)所等。世界銀行能源管理支持項目、全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展城市平臺和重慶市發(fā)改委為課題研究提供了支持。

2018年11月15日,中國歐盟商會西南分會在渝發(fā)布了《中國歐盟商會—西南建議書2018/2019》?;谠谟宓臍W洲企業(yè)經(jīng)營狀況,提出建設(shè)性建議,助力其成為中國主要的投資目的地?!督ㄗh書》指出,隨著重慶的發(fā)展,鐵路、公路、機(jī)場和橋梁等硬性基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的迅速完善,使重慶與沿海城市相比,擁有更加低廉的勞動力和運(yùn)營成本,同時,也使中國西南地區(qū)對歐洲企業(yè)的吸引力越來越強(qiáng)。與會嘉賓表示,重慶要想定位成中國最重要的投資目的地,就必須把重點放在提升軟性基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展上。通過解決當(dāng)?shù)貭I商環(huán)境中的低效問題,同時發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢,重慶可以成為中國內(nèi)陸地區(qū)成功發(fā)展的領(lǐng)先榜樣。
2018年11月14日,重慶海關(guān)消息,今年前10個月,重慶外貿(mào)增長持續(xù)加速,外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口總值達(dá)4245.4億元,較去年同期(下同)增長17.2%,累計增幅較前三季度擴(kuò)大3.3個百分點。其中,出口2723.6億元,增長19.4%;進(jìn)口1521.8億元,增長13.4%。1—10月重慶外貿(mào)進(jìn)出口呈現(xiàn)六大特點:10月當(dāng)月外貿(mào)增長貢獻(xiàn)率突出;加工貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口主導(dǎo)地位穩(wěn)固;外商投資企業(yè)進(jìn)出口占比超六成;重慶與主要貿(mào)易伙伴進(jìn)出口保持增長;高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品繼續(xù)領(lǐng)跑出口,便攜式電腦出口量減質(zhì)增;集成電路、計算機(jī)存儲部件合計進(jìn)口占比四成,消費(fèi)品進(jìn)口放量增長。
2018年11月9日,白俄羅斯旅游文化商品中心正式落戶渝北區(qū)中渝廣場。重慶市民在家門口就能買到白俄羅斯優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品,如牛奶、巧克力等特色商品,并可進(jìn)行白俄羅斯旅游產(chǎn)品咨詢等。白俄羅斯是“一帶一路”沿線國家,近年來,白俄羅斯與重慶開展了廣泛的文化旅游交流合作,先后在重慶舉辦了“白俄羅斯文化節(jié)”“白俄羅斯旅游推介會”,重慶在白俄羅斯舉辦了“2018重慶文化旅游日”,與白俄羅斯明斯克州簽訂了促進(jìn)旅游發(fā)展的合作備忘錄等。
On November 29,2018,the 10th“Chongqing-Taiwan Week”opened in Chongqing. More than 600 entrepreneurs from both Chongqing and Taiwan participated in the event to discuss cultural exchanges and economic and trade cooperation between the two places.
The theme of this year’s“Chongqing-Taiwan Week”is“cross-strait integration and development,win-win cooperation between Chongqing and Taiwan”. Entrepreneurs from SMEs in Taiwan in the fields like electronics information industry,manufacturing,commerce,and service industries participated.A series of activities,aiming to promote cross-strait exchanges,have been held successively,which include important events,economic and trade exchange activities,cultural exchange activities,grassroots exchange activities,etc.
At the signing ceremony,14 key projects on cross-strait economic and trade cooperation were signed altogether,with a total investment of 5.575 billion yuan,mainly involving industries such as finance,intelligent manufacturing,modern service industry and international trade.
News from Chongqing Free Trade Port Area on November 28,2018. As of now,the free trade port area has introduced about 300 logistics enterprises,and the operating revenue from January to September has reached about 8 billion yuan. Relying on the advantages of the multi-modal transport channels of“waterway,railway,airway,highway and subway”,as well as the advantages of policies such as free trade pilot zone,the China-Singapore interconnection project,the free trade port area and the function zone of trade,the port area makes full use of the existing industrial base in the international trade and logistics park and airport trading function zone,expecting to achieve the“3 targets of 100”in the modern logistics industry of the airport functional zone by 2020 (ie,the completed storage area will be 1 million square meters,and 100 logistics and trade enterprises will be attracted,with an annual output value at a scale of 10 billion yuan) and initially form a multimodal transport base.
On November 28,2018,Changan Automobile Technology Open Day and Guinness World Recording Challenge was held at the Chongqing Xibu Automobile Proving Ground in Dianjiang County. 55 Changan’s Automobiles successfully challenged the Guinness World Record - the largest self-driving car parade who successfully drived a distance of 3.2 km. Thus,Changan becomes the world’s first car brand to successfully create this record. The success of this challenge is another breakthrough in Changan Automobile’s intelligent strategy of Dubhe. It represents the Chinese brand’s success in the“smart”manufacturing of automobiles,which stand at the new level of automobile intelligence.
On November 25,2018,the international research project“Chongqing 2035: Urban Development Research”,jointly completed by the World Bank Group and the Chongqing Productivity Development Center,concluded and exposed its demonstration and prospect of the development vision of Chongqing in 2035. The research report believes that the rapid development of Chongqing since its coming into direct jurisdiction for 20 years is an epitome of the development of China’s urbanization. Regarding the vision of Chongqing’s development in 2035,the research team believes that Chongqing can leap from“China’s Chongqing”to“world’s Chongqing”,from a quantitatively catching up national-level city into the a world-level city of“l(fā)eading quality”,contributing to Chongqing in terms of high efficiency,inclusiveness,livability and features. The research team boasts strong members,including the French Institute of Urban Forms and Systems,and the Calthorpe Associates. The World Bank Energy Management and Support Project,the Global Sustainable Urban Platform and the Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission provided support for the research.
From November 15th to 18th,2018,China International Travel Mart was held at Shanghai New International Expo Center. Chongqing Municipal Committee of Culture and Tourism Development has delegated groups from Rongchang,Bishan,Tongliang,Dazu,Jiangjin,Tongnan,Fengdu,Changshou,Fuling,Chongqing Tourism Investment,Chongqing Tourism Association and others to participate in the exhibition,and launched a total of 7 categories of 17 serial themed activities in autumn and winter,two core tourism products and 10 selected tourism routes. On November 15,2018,European Union Chamber of Commerce in China’s Southwest Chapter released The European Chamber: Southwest China Position Paper 2018/2019. Based on the state of business of the European companies operating in Chongqing,constructive suggestions are made to help Chongqing and Chengdu become China’s main investment destinations. The Paper pointed out that with the development of Chongqing,the rapid improvement of hard infrastructure such as railways,highways,airports and bridges has enabled Chongqing to have lower labor and operating costs than those in coastal cities,and also to make Southwest China region increasingly attractive to European companies. Participants said that in order to position itself as China’s most important investment destination,Chongqing needs to focus on improving the development of soft infrastructure. By addressing the inefficiencies in the local business environment and leveraging their respective strengths,Chongqing can be a leading role model for successful development in China's inland regions.
News from Chongqing Customs District on November 14,2018. During the first 10 months of this year,Chongqing’s foreign trade growth continued to accelerate,with the total value of imports and exports trade reached 424.54 billion yuan,an increase of 17.2%compared with the same period last year (the same below),and the accumulative growth expanded by 3.3 percentage points compared with the first three quarters. Among them,exports reaches 272.36 billion yuan,up 19.4%; imports reaches 152.18 billion yuan,up 13.4%. From January to October,Chongqing’s import and export trade shows six characteristics:the contribution of foreign trade growth in October is prominent; the import and export of processing trade becomes stable; the proportion of import and export of foreign-invested enterprises accounts for over 60%; the import and export between Chongqing and its major trading partners continues to grow; high-tech products continue to lead the export,and the export volume of portable computers has decreased with quality enhanced; the total imports of integrated circuits and computer storage components accounts for 40%,and the import volume of consumer goods increases.
On November 9,2018,the Belarus Tourism and Cultural Commodity Center officially settled in Evergrand CC Plaza in Yubei District. Chongqing citizens can buy high-quality products from Belarus at home,such as milk,chocolate and other special products,and can consult about Belarusian tourism products. Belarus is a country along the“Belt and Road”. In recent years,Belarus and Chongqing have carried out extensive cultural tourism exchanges and cooperation. Belarus has held the“Belarus Cultural Festival”and“Belarus Tourism Promotion Conference”in Chongqing.
