In the past，I hated exercise.My mother often advised me to do some sports.But I didn't agree.I thought it troubled to do sports every day and it was very difficult for me to do some sports.So I was very weak and I often got ill.I also got fatter and fatter.

I wanted to improve this situation.So I tried to do sports every day.It often took me one and a half hours to do sports every day.

As the saying goes“Reading is to the mind while exercise to the body.”So my body is getting more and more healthy(healthier and healthier).

Now I love sports very much and I am very strong.I seldom have a cold and I am not fat any more.I am also much strength(stronger).

“Life lies in movement.”I hope everyone can learn from me.Do exercise every day.I believe everyone can be stronger and stronger.
