“這棟房子對(duì)我們來說意味著一切，因?yàn)樗俏覀儾粩嗯ψ非髩?mèng)想的結(jié)果”，年輕且積極生活的房主夫婦如是說。他們想把剛買的房子翻新成嶄新的起居空間和家庭辦公室——一個(gè)生產(chǎn)手工皮革制品的工作坊。

對(duì)于手提包這類精加工類產(chǎn)品，涉及許多精細(xì)地縫紉工藝，住宅翻修的方式即是借鑒于此。像一絲不茍的工匠一樣，我們小心翼翼地整合起房子的每一個(gè)部分：老舊的和全新的、獨(dú)立的和共享的，這些空間都與木頭、磚塊、混凝土、金屬和樹木融合在了一起。

房屋看上去好似被極細(xì)的白色絲線 “縫制”起來，令我們興奮不已。拆除了不必要的墻壁和地面以后，住宅前后呈現(xiàn)出一個(gè)與周邊墻壁“縫合”在一起的大型鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)。這些鋼架由細(xì)鋼絲精心編織，形成無數(shù)個(gè)立方體，涂以白色并用綠色藤蔓裝飾起來。雖然看起來纖細(xì)，但它們強(qiáng)而有效地保護(hù)著房屋，同時(shí)還能讓空氣和光線進(jìn)入室內(nèi)。

住宅內(nèi)部，老舊的混凝土樓梯被移除，為光線射入室內(nèi)提供了開敞的空間。具有輕薄感的木家具與白色“絲線”編織而成了全新的樓梯，使光線得以穿透。狹長的廚房臺(tái)面和流線型的餐桌環(huán)繞在小花園周圍。人的活動(dòng)與磚墻的靜止形成了鮮明的對(duì)比?！酰ㄌ炷?譯）

"This house means everything to us because it is the outcome of constant efforts to pursue our dreams", said the homeowners, a married couple of young age and active lifestyle. Talking about the house they have just bought, they wanted to renovate it into new living spaces and a home office, a fashion factory of handcrafted leather products.

For a product to be accomplished, for instance a handbag, it takes many processes involving fastidious needlework as they said about their work, and that is exactly how we renovated the house. Like meticulous craftsmen, we carefully put up every part of the house of old ones and new pieces, separate and shared,together with wood, brick, concrete, metal and trees.

The house appears as if it were sewed with thin,white, pure thread, which fills us with excitement.Unnecessary walls and floors were removed to liberate more space, exposing a large structure which was sewed on walls alongside with big frames at the front and the back of the house. These frames were intricately made of small steel threads to form cubes,which were painted white and decorated with green creepers. Although seemingly slender, they are strong and efficiently protective of the house, while still letting air and light inside.

Inside the house, the old concrete staircase was removed, freeing vast space for light to come in onto the floors. A new staircase, which was made of seemingly floating wooden pieces sewed together with white threads, was put up. This allows light from above to penetrate onto the ground floor. Here lie a long kitchen counter and a wavy table surrounding a small garden. This produces movement contrasting with the stillness of the brick walls.□

胡恒：這個(gè)幸福感滿滿的小住宅，設(shè)計(jì)得不錯(cuò)。其一，空間精致優(yōu)雅，細(xì)節(jié)完善。其二，用白色銀線“縫合”空間各界面的概念很出彩。后者是設(shè)計(jì)成功的保障，充分顯現(xiàn)出概念優(yōu)先的合理性?？p合部位集中在天井處。樓梯做的很空靈。在天窗的光線灑下時(shí)，行走在上面，隱隱然有一絲仙氣。作為一個(gè)小住宅，做到這一步就很不容易了。不過，這種特質(zhì)沒有普遍性，專屬這一家。不同質(zhì)感的界面的縫合、白色金屬絲做“線”的概念不僅僅是空間更新的手段，更來自家庭自身——這是一家手工皮革制品的作坊。所以，這個(gè)概念具有不可替代性。它將平凡且獨(dú)有的生計(jì)之事的內(nèi)在形式（美）挖掘出來，通過設(shè)計(jì)再返回到日常生活之中。所謂幸福感，大概就從此而來。

范路：對(duì)于李&鄭住宅這一改造項(xiàng)目，新置入的白色鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)是其設(shè)計(jì)亮點(diǎn)。這個(gè)精心編織的系統(tǒng)，如絲線般將各類建筑要素“雙重縫合”在一起，形成一個(gè)當(dāng)代的“盤絲洞”。白色而纖細(xì)的“絲線”，仿佛把裸露的磚墻和厚重的樓板拉扯、捆綁在一起，形成第一種“縫合”。而它們強(qiáng)烈的形式對(duì)比，又強(qiáng)化了磚墻和樓板的逃逸感，讓整個(gè)建筑空間處于失重狀態(tài)。第二種“縫合”則面向使用者的身體、感官和日常活動(dòng)。階梯狀的鋼架，仿佛懸空而透明的觀眾席，同時(shí)承載觀看和表演。此時(shí)磚墻成為兩側(cè)通高的護(hù)欄，提供心理上的安全感。而在室內(nèi)，構(gòu)架又局部翻轉(zhuǎn)成平臺(tái)和樓梯的欄桿扶手，引導(dǎo)流線并讓綠植、光線和視線穿透，暗示出功能布局背后相互拉扯的整體生活事件。

HU Heng: This is a little house full of happiness. Its design can be considered as wonderful. Firstly, the space is exquisite with perfect details and secondly, the concept of sewing each surface of the space with white thread is amazing. The latter becomes the guarantee of successful architectural design, which fully presents the rationality of conceptual priority. The sewn-up part is concentrated to the patio, while the stairs give a sense of ethereality. When the natural light comes through the skylight, walking on stairs brings a feeling of immortality. It is not easy to achieve such an effect for a small house. Nevertheless, this peculiarity is not universal - exclusively for this house. The concept of sewing up the different surfaces which have diverse textures and using white metal wires as its thread is not merely an approach to renewing a space, but also represents the family itself – a home workshop producing handcrafted leather products. Therefore,this concept is irreplaceable and it excavates the inner form (the beauty) of the ordinary yet unique livelihood and then reflects it back to everyday life through the design. FAN Lu: In the renovation project of Lee&Tee House,the inserted white frames are the design highlights.These frames that intricately made of small steel threads "sewed" all architectural elements in two aspects. For the first aspect, the plain brick walls and thick concrete slabs seem to be bound together by those threads which brings about a sense of weightlessness. Then the second type of "sewing"relates to inhabitants' activities. The stepped parts of fames act as suspended and transparent stages and spectator seats, while other parts serve as balustrades which indicates the circulation and the daily-life inside the house.
