Last summer I was walking in a park.In front of me there was a mum and her 5-year-old daughter. The little girl was holding a string, which had a balloon at the other end.
All of a sudden,a light wind took the balloon away from the little girl.I thought she would cry.
But,no!As the little girl turned to watch her balloon rise to the sky,she cheerfully shouted out“Wow!”
That little girl taught me something.Later that day,I received a phone call from my friend, and he told me an unexpected problem.I felt like replying with“Oh no,what should we do?”But remembering that little girl,I found myself saying,“Wow,that is interesting! How can I help you?”
One thing is for sure-Life is always going to make us face unexpected problems. However, how to deal with them is our choice. We can choose to be annoyed or optimistic. We can’t lose our confidence at the very beginning. We should be optimistic to our lives,in this way, life will reward us with a smile;otherwise,it will be filled with different kinds of sadness and pain.
No matter what the situation is,a“Wow!”will always beat“Oh,no.”
So the next time you meet one of life’s unexpected guests, remember that little girl and make it a“Wow!”experience. The“Wow”always works.

1.I felt like replying with“Oh no,what should we do?”
句中的feel like doing sth. 和would like to do sth.
2.Life is always going to make us face unexpected problems.
3.So the next time you meet one of life’s unexpected guests, remember that little girl and make it a“Wow!”experience.
句中的“one of...”
