預(yù)制拱拼裝技術(shù)在橋梁施工中的研究與應(yīng)用

摘要： 本文以沙特地區(qū)某市政公園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的景觀橋?yàn)槔?，介紹了一種預(yù)制拱拼裝技術(shù)在拱橋中的應(yīng)用，詳述了預(yù)制拱拼裝施工的工藝原理和操作要點(diǎn)。使工程在保證質(zhì)量的前提下，達(dá)到縮短工期，降低成本的效果，為今后橋梁設(shè)計(jì)和施工積累了經(jīng)驗(yàn)，提供了參考。

Abstract： This paper takes a landscape bridge of a municipal park construction project in Saudi Arabia as an example to introduce the application of a prefabricated arch assembly technology in an arch bridge， and details the technical principles and operating points of prefabricated arch assembly construction， so that under the premise of guaranteeing quality， the project achieves the effect of shortening the construction period and reducing costs， and provides a complement for future bridge design and construction and reference for similar construction.

0 引言

城市公園是一個(gè)城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、城市景觀的重要組成部分，是滿足城市居民的休閑需要，提供休息、游覽、鍛煉、交往，以及舉辦各種集體文化活動(dòng)的場所。因此公園的景觀設(shè)計(jì)尤為重要，而各種景觀橋尤其是拱橋的建設(shè)更能提升公園的整體美觀度。橋梁工程較其他景觀工程相比，具有荷載設(shè)計(jì)要求高、施工難度大、施工周期長、維修難度大、維修經(jīng)費(fèi)高等特點(diǎn)。因此如何創(chuàng)新橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和施工工藝，發(fā)揮結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢，提供橋體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性，加快橋梁的施工進(jìn)度，值得每一個(gè)建設(shè)者去考慮探究。

1 工程概況

沙特地區(qū)某市政公園建設(shè)項(xiàng)目毗鄰著名的波斯灣，位于該城市的休息生活區(qū)，施工主要包括人工沙丘、植被綠化、地下水罐、泵站、雨水系統(tǒng)、污水系統(tǒng)、灌溉系統(tǒng)、飲用水消防系統(tǒng)、中低壓供電系統(tǒng)及公園照明系統(tǒng)，同時(shí)包含河道護(hù)岸及橋梁工程。
