你會用英語打電話嗎？

在通信技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天，打電話是人們相互交流的主要方式之一。通過電話，雙方可以簡潔、迅速、清楚地表達(dá)信息內(nèi)容。如果與外國人進(jìn)行交流，很多時(shí)候需要用英語打電話。你知道打英語電話的技巧嗎？

在用英語打電話時(shí)，除了要了解相關(guān)的英語詞匯和說法之外，還要特別注意英美人的語言使用習(xí)慣。

◎經(jīng)典表達(dá)

1.自我介紹

Hello！This is Zhang Li(speaking).您好，我是張麗。

【溫馨解讀】

Hello是打電話的習(xí)慣用語，相當(dāng)于漢語的“喂”；如果向?qū)Ψ浇榻B自己，應(yīng)該說“This is...(speaking)”，或簡單說“Speaking,please.”，而不能說“I’m...或 My name is...”。

2.電話找人

Hello！May I speak to Wei Fang?你好，請問魏芳在嗎？

Hello！I’d like to speak to Mr.Smith,please.你好！我想找斯密斯先生接電話。

Is that Mr.Smith(speaking)?你是斯密斯先生嗎？

【溫馨解讀】

句子“May I speak to Wei Fang?”說明要找某人接電話；詢問對方是不是某人時(shí)，用“Is that...(speaking)?”，而不可以說“Are you...?”。

3.接聽電話

Hold on,please.請稍等（別掛斷）。

I’m sorry.Mr.Smith is not in.不好意思，史密斯先生不在。

He/She isn’t here right now.這會兒他（她）不在。

Can I take a message for you?我可以為你捎個(gè)話兒嗎？

Sorry,I can’t hear you.抱歉，我聽不清你說什么。

【溫馨解讀】

接聽電話者不是對方想找的人時(shí)，可說“Hold on,please.”或“Wait/Just a minute.”；對方要找的人不在時(shí)，可以說“I’m sorry....is not in.”或“He/She isn’t here right now.”；如果進(jìn)一步詢問是否需要幫助，可以說“Can I take a message for you?”；當(dāng)聽不清對方講話時(shí)，可以說“Sorry,I can’t hear you.”。

4.敘述內(nèi)容
