自2002年公司總部設(shè)于上海以來,Kokaistudios已擁有40余位杰出設(shè)計(jì)師,并成長為一家多元文化背景的設(shè)計(jì)公司,與客戶協(xié)同合作,完成了涵蓋亞洲、中東、歐洲及北美洲的眾多創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目。
Kokaistudios專注于發(fā)展文化、商業(yè)、酒店及零售等方面的項(xiàng)目,更廣泛涉及城市更新與文化遺產(chǎn)再造的項(xiàng)目,旨在為項(xiàng)目所在的城市增添蓬勃生機(jī)。
出生于意大利都林,早年間即對(duì)視覺藝術(shù)和舞臺(tái)布景有濃厚的興趣。完成了威尼斯建筑大學(xué)的學(xué)業(yè)后,Andrea開始了同多個(gè)建筑事務(wù)所合作的職業(yè)生涯,參與了很多獲獎(jiǎng)的建筑和城市規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目。受其對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)中不同領(lǐng)域的興趣驅(qū)動(dòng),Andrea合作成立了工作室,致力于研究計(jì)算機(jī)平面設(shè)計(jì)的創(chuàng)新方法。2000年他與Filippo Gabbiani共同成立了Kokaistudios設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所。
出生于意大利威尼斯,自幼展現(xiàn)出對(duì)藝術(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)的多重興趣。在完成了威尼斯建筑大學(xué)的學(xué)業(yè)后,出于其對(duì)不同學(xué)科和多元文化的好奇心,F(xiàn)ilippo先后闖蕩于歐洲數(shù)國及美國,曾與多家世界頂級(jí)的建筑、室內(nèi)及工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所合作。2000年他與Andrea Destefanis共同成立了Kokaistudios設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所。

is an award winning architecture and interior design firm founded in 2000 in Venice by Italian architects Filippo Gabbiani &Andrea Destefanis.
Headquartered in Shanghai since 2002 we have grown into multi-cultural firm of 60 people working on a global scale with projects in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and North America.Kokaistudios partners with our clients to collaboratively develop innovative & ground breaking projects in diverse fields of design.
Primarily focused on developing cultural, corporate, commercial,hospitality & retail projects we have also worked extensively on urban regeneration projects involving the requalification of heritage locations.
Kokaistudios aims to develop projects that add positively to the built environment and social fabric of the cities and countries in which they are located.
Born in Turin, Italy, Andrea Destefanis developed very early a strong interest for visual arts and scenography. After graduating from University of Architecture Venice, he started to cooperate with several architectural firms and developed award winning projects in architecture and city planning. Moved by his personal interest in different fields of design he founded a cooperative studio focused on research of innovative instrument of design in computer graphics before co-founding Kokaistudios together with Filippo Gabbiani.
Born in Venice, Italy, Filippo Gabbiani developed very early a multidisciplinary interest for art and design. Upon graduating from the University of Architecture Venice, he began work on a European Community sponsored research project on the usage of alternative energies in architecture and worked in several countries in Europe and in the U.S.A. cooperating with prestigious firms of architecture,interior and industrial design before meeting Andrea Destefanis with whom he founded Kokaistudios in 2000.
K okaistudios在2015-2016期間完成了CiaoChow餐廳的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)。這是一間位于蘭桂坊加州大廈的意大利餐廳,很快成為香港熱門餐飲目的地。Kokaistudios持續(xù)在亞洲以定制式的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)傳播自身的設(shè)計(jì)理念。該項(xiàng)目是其在城中的最新項(xiàng)目。香港領(lǐng)先的餐飲集團(tuán)Bite在蘭桂坊集團(tuán)的推薦下找到了Kokaistudios, 希望Kokaistudios利用自身的意大利背景和豐富的餐飲項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)來設(shè)計(jì)這一餐廳。
Kokaistudios決定設(shè)置兩個(gè)大型銅磚披薩烤箱,使 Ciao Chow成為香港唯一一個(gè)獲得“Verace Pizza Napoletana”認(rèn)證的餐廳;工業(yè)風(fēng)格的銅金屬質(zhì)感照明系統(tǒng)延伸于整個(gè)餐廳并在入口處有大型吊燈畫龍點(diǎn)睛。餐廳內(nèi)一方面使用了質(zhì)樸的工業(yè)風(fēng)金屬材料和由地面延伸至墻面的水磨石,另一方面將高檔的白色大理石運(yùn)用于廚師工 作臺(tái)以及使用了皮質(zhì)柔軟的座椅。二者形成了材質(zhì)上的對(duì)比。宴會(huì)風(fēng)格的座椅擺放方式鼓勵(lì)了食物的分享,是意餐與香港餐飲文化融合的表現(xiàn)。吧臺(tái)區(qū)靠近入口,設(shè)有24個(gè)生啤龍頭和提供由調(diào)酒大師Douglas Williams設(shè)計(jì)的意大利雞尾酒酒單上的飲品。入口處的拉門臨人群川流的街道敞開,展現(xiàn)出歡迎的姿態(tài)。Ciao Chow已經(jīng)迅速成為香港最受歡迎的餐廳之一,也是Kokaistudios又一定制化服務(wù)的典范。

Kokaistudios has completed the interior design of Ciao Chow, an innovative Italian Cafeteria in Lan Kwai Fong Group’s California Tower in Central,a destination quickly becoming Hong Kong’s hottest dining hub. The restaurant is Kokaistudios’latest project in the city as they continue to spread their footprint with bespoke and iconic hospitality designs in Asia. The Bite Group, a leading Hong Kong F&B Group, approached Kokaistudios based on the recommendation of the Lan Kwai Fung Group and chose to work with us due to our experience of designing top F&B locations across China; our Italian background and our collaborative approach to develop new dining concepts.

Kokaistudios decided on making the 2 large copper and brick pizza ovens; key elements in making Ciao Chow the only “Verace Pizza Napoletana” certified restaurant in Hong Kong;the core of the project and they formed the starting point for the system of industrial style copper lighting display system that extends throughout the restaurant and finishes in the large light installation at the entrance. The industrial metal materials and terrazzo fiooring that extends up the walls contrast with the softer more precious materials including the white marble chef’s working stations and the leather backed banquette style seating systems designed speci fically to encourage a food concept that emphasizes sharing dishes that is both typical of the Italian cuisine and perfectly adapted to Hong Kong’s food culture. The extensive bar; featuring 24 taps of draft beers and an Italian cocktail menu curated by Master Mixologist, Douglas Williams;is located close to the restaurant’s entrance which is composed of a series of sliding doors that are largely left completely open thus creating a welcoming alfresco drinking and dining experience in one of the busiest corners of the city. Ciao Chow has grown into one of the top restaurants in Lan Kwai Fung and stands as another successful example of Kokaistudios flexible design approach and focus on creating destinations tailor made to our client’s needs.
