【摘要】? 在評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生書(shū)面英語(yǔ)作業(yè)時(shí),許多教師會(huì)用上“right ,wrong, good, excellent”等簡(jiǎn)明的評(píng)價(jià)語(yǔ),鮮有能像語(yǔ)文教師那樣,寫(xiě)上自己對(duì)學(xué)生作業(yè)比較具體、明確的看法或意見(jiàn)。教師在評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)生的作業(yè)時(shí),往往只看到評(píng)語(yǔ)的評(píng)價(jià)功能,卻忽略了評(píng)語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言示范功能與交際功能。其實(shí),教師的評(píng)語(yǔ)是對(duì)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)書(shū)面表達(dá)能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的評(píng)價(jià)和指導(dǎo)。它不僅有利于提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面表達(dá)能力,而且有利于促進(jìn)師生相互情感的交流,提高學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性。

下面,我就如何些英語(yǔ)評(píng)語(yǔ)談一些心得與體會(huì)。
一、評(píng)語(yǔ)應(yīng)符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知水平
教師的評(píng)語(yǔ)是寫(xiě)給學(xué)生看的。所以,評(píng)語(yǔ)的內(nèi)容要使學(xué)生能讀懂,要切合學(xué)生實(shí)際,符合學(xué)生個(gè)性心理的發(fā)展。老師在寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ)時(shí),所用的詞匯和語(yǔ)法知識(shí)不能超越學(xué)生現(xiàn)有的水平。另外,老師的評(píng)語(yǔ)內(nèi)容還應(yīng)做到循序漸進(jìn),由簡(jiǎn)到繁,由易到難,由一般到個(gè)性化。即使評(píng)語(yǔ)中偶爾出現(xiàn)少量生詞,學(xué)生通過(guò)上下文猜測(cè)也可以理解,或者通過(guò)查詞典的方式解決,這對(duì)學(xué)生也大有益處。例如:希望學(xué)生下次作業(yè)做得好一些時(shí)可用:①I(mǎi) believe you will do better next time. ②Good, please go on like this. Success comes by hard work and constant efforts.對(duì)學(xué)生表?yè)P(yáng)可用: ①Well, your handwriting is very good. ② You are an excellent student with a natural gift for languages.
二、評(píng)語(yǔ)應(yīng)及時(shí)凸顯所學(xué)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)
評(píng)語(yǔ)的內(nèi)容及時(shí)地應(yīng)用學(xué)生學(xué)到的一些語(yǔ)法知識(shí)、詞匯和句型,有助于學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)加深理解和強(qiáng)化記憶,使學(xué)生迅速獲得知識(shí)運(yùn)用的“成就感”。例如:學(xué)了現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)態(tài)后,可用:①You have done well in your homework and I believe you have tried your best. Keep up your courage?、?Great progress has been made with your effort.
學(xué)習(xí)形容詞和副詞比較級(jí)是可用:①This is the best handwriting I have seen today.The hander you work, the sooner you will improve.② You are one of the best student in our class .I think you will be better next time.
三、用真情感動(dòng)學(xué)生
作業(yè)不僅僅是師生間教學(xué)信息的反饋,而且也是聯(lián)系和溝通師生感情的橋梁。通過(guò)學(xué)生的作業(yè),細(xì)心的老師會(huì)了解學(xué)生的思想和自主學(xué)習(xí)的情況。同樣,從教師的評(píng)語(yǔ)中學(xué)生也能領(lǐng)悟到老師的真誠(chéng)、期待和責(zé)任心。老師對(duì)學(xué)生的努力一定要有切合實(shí)際的鼓勵(lì),對(duì)他們?nèi)〉玫某煽?jī)和進(jìn)步,要在評(píng)語(yǔ)中體現(xiàn)出發(fā)自?xún)?nèi)心的贊賞和喜悅;對(duì)他們作業(yè)中的過(guò)錯(cuò)和疏忽,要真誠(chéng)而有恰當(dāng)?shù)刂赋?對(duì)于成績(jī)落后的學(xué)生,要表示同情并予以鼓勵(lì)??傊?,贊揚(yáng)要恰如其分,批評(píng)要適當(dāng)委婉。例如: ①Although you were late achieving, you have caught up well with your studies.I would like to see you getting fast development of your written and oral skills in English.
②It is the same in studying as in eating. He who does it is not he who sees it done.
③As fire tries gold, so does adversity try courage. Nobody knows what he can do till he has tried, you have made a good start.
④Not only energy, but persistence is necessary to success.
有道是“精誠(chéng)所至,金石為開(kāi)”。老實(shí)的熱情和真誠(chéng)必然會(huì)在一定程度上引起學(xué)生的思想轉(zhuǎn)折和學(xué)習(xí)的飛躍。
四、平等與學(xué)生開(kāi)展評(píng)論性討論
素質(zhì)教育要求尊重學(xué)生的個(gè)性、人格和創(chuàng)新精神。在教學(xué)中,老師不要?jiǎng)硬粍?dòng)就以“長(zhǎng)者”的姿態(tài)居高臨下地對(duì)學(xué)生指手劃腳,總是以教訓(xùn)的語(yǔ)氣評(píng)頭論足,而應(yīng)以平等的態(tài)度與學(xué)生開(kāi)展評(píng)論性的討論,營(yíng)造一種平等、自由的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,讓學(xué)生與教師評(píng)語(yǔ)中自由地交流思想,讓學(xué)生擁有創(chuàng)造性學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)和自由,讓學(xué)生深刻體會(huì)到老師不僅是他們的“良師”也是他們的“益友”。例如:
①Time is very important, do you agree with me ? Would you like to tell me your own opinions and your timetable?
②What do you think about this? Is that right, it is only a suggestion. I would like to see your persisting with your opinions if you are right.
五、因材施教,授人以漁
教學(xué)中,教師要貫徹素質(zhì)教育的思想,把學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)作為衡量“才”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),吧傳授知識(shí)當(dāng)成為學(xué)生多方面發(fā)展服務(wù)的,是為學(xué)生開(kāi)啟潛力、培養(yǎng)思維方式服務(wù)的。在寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ)時(shí),除了幫助學(xué)生提高文化知識(shí)外,還應(yīng)承認(rèn)學(xué)生個(gè)體之間能力的差異,因材施教,授人以漁,保護(hù)那些成績(jī)落后、處于不利條件下的學(xué)生個(gè)體的發(fā)展。在批改作業(yè)時(shí),要溫和地指出錯(cuò)誤的同時(shí),還要肯定他們的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以資鼓勵(lì)。例如:
①Where there is a will, there is a way.
②It is not helps but obstacles that make a man.
③You have given a lot of facts on the whole. That is good. If they had been put in a more logical order, the whole essay would have been cleaner.
④Your answers show you have real ability in course, and you are developing in creasing depth of thought .
當(dāng)然,寫(xiě)好英語(yǔ)評(píng)語(yǔ)的要求遠(yuǎn)不止以上幾點(diǎn)。老師不僅需要提高自己的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面表達(dá)能力,更重要是深入研究學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn)、思想情緒、個(gè)人愛(ài)好、課外實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣以及英語(yǔ)程度等等,以便言之有物,以理服人,因材施教??傊?,給學(xué)生寫(xiě)評(píng)語(yǔ)既是一項(xiàng)艱苦而又有意義的事,又是一門(mén)學(xué)問(wèn),寫(xiě)得好給學(xué)生培養(yǎng)和提高書(shū)面交際能力帶來(lái)很大的幫助,其作用不可低估。
