“我們要百尺竿頭、更進(jìn)一步，在保持健康良性發(fā)展勢頭的基礎(chǔ)上，推動(dòng)共建‘一帶一路’向高質(zhì)量發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)變，這是下一階段推進(jìn)共建‘一帶一路’工作的基本要求?！绷?xí)近平總書記在推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)工作5周年座談會(huì)上發(fā)表重要講話，對(duì)推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)工作作出了重大戰(zhàn)略部署，進(jìn)一步指明了前進(jìn)方向。本期除繼續(xù)刊登第十三屆全國技術(shù)預(yù)見學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)和第七屆國際工商人類學(xué)大會(huì)的部分論文外，特別選登了一批事關(guān)“一帶一路”沿線國家產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和技術(shù)進(jìn)步的學(xué)術(shù)論文，這是本刊矢志不渝辦刊方向和職責(zé)所在，期待引起積極的討論和共鳴。

“We need to make every effort to achieve further progress, and push forward high -quality development of co-building the Belt and Road on the basis of maintaining a healthy development momentum, which is the basic requirement for co-construction of the Belt and Road in the next phase.”General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the 5th anniversary symposium on promoting the construction of the Belt and Road and made a major strategic plan to promote the construction of the Belt and Road, which further pointed out the way forward. In addition to continuing to publish some papers from the 13th National Symposium on Technology Foresight and the 7th International Conference on Business Anthropology, this issue specially selected a number of academic papers on industrial upgrading and technological progress in countries along the Belt and Road, which is the development direction and responsibility of our magazine, and we look forward to receiving active discussion and resonance.
