“一帶一路”倡議提出五年以來，從點及面，從構想到實踐，所產生的影響超乎預期，給參與建設的相關國家和地區(qū)帶來了實實在在的利益?！耙粠б宦贰笨萍紕?chuàng)新行動計劃的啟動，更是開啟了“一帶一路”國際科技合作的新航程。本期所發(fā)表的部分論文，如《中國天眼模型結構的技術探究》《電力自動化技術在電力工程中的應用》《沙漠草方格鋪設機的計算機輔助設計》等論文的核心論點都具有一定的學術性和針對性。我們期待著能有更多的優(yōu)秀論文分享給讀者。

Remarkable progress has been made since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward five years ago.It has brought tangible benefits to the participating countries and regions with impacts far exceeding expectations from concept to practice.The launch of the Belt and Road technology innovation action plan has opened up a new voyage of the Belt and Road international science and technology cooperation.Such papers published in this issue as Technical Research on Model Structure of Chinese “Sky Eye”,Application of Power Automation Technology in Electric Power Engineering and Computer Aided Design of Straw Checkerboard Sand Barriers Paving Machines,have certain academic and well targeted proposition.We look forward to sharing more excellent papers with readers.
