Eat something an hour or two before—bananas are recommended.

Stay calm.

Avoid people who might stress you more.Read the questions carefully.

Plan your answers in bullet points[要點(diǎn)],then re-read the question to make sure you have enough material.

Re-read your work, checking grammar and spelling.
