甲狀旁腺激素治療絕經(jīng)期骨質(zhì)疏松癥研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】 甲狀旁腺激素及其類似物可以有效促進(jìn)骨骼重建，增加骨密度，降低骨折風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，其促進(jìn)骨生成的作用可針對(duì)性地治療絕經(jīng)后骨質(zhì)疏松，因此越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。本文對(duì)甲狀旁腺激素及其類似物的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究及臨床觀察進(jìn)行綜述。

【Abstract】 Parathyroid hormone and its analogues can effectively promote the reconstruction of the bone， increase bone density and reduce fracture risk， promoting bone formation for ground treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis，so more and more people pay attention to it.This paper reviews its clinical observation and the experimental study of parathyroid hormone and its analogues.
