1 材料與方法

1.3儀器與試劑

LH、FSH、E2測(cè)定采用美國(guó) Abbott 公司的 I-2000 發(fā)光免疫分析儀及配套試劑，嚴(yán)格按照說明書進(jìn)行操作。超聲診斷采用美國(guó) Voluson E8彩超儀、日本東芝NemioMX超聲診斷儀。
