【摘 要】隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的提高,我國對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重視程度逐漸加強(qiáng),農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重要的影響作用,所以提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力現(xiàn)階段我國重要的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。在農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的過程中,農(nóng)機(jī)的使用已經(jīng)得到較為廣泛的推廣,使得我國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)力水平有所加強(qiáng),這對(duì)我國農(nóng)業(yè)的未來發(fā)展具有重要的意義,但是農(nóng)機(jī)使用中的節(jié)油技術(shù)是一項(xiàng)重要問題,本研究將對(duì)我國目前農(nóng)機(jī)使用中節(jié)油技術(shù)進(jìn)行細(xì)致的分析與思考,并找出完善節(jié)油技術(shù)的合理措施。

[Abstract] This paper mainly studies the effect of pepper mint water extract on pain and inflammatory response, and provides pharmacological basis for its clinical application. The boiling water of pepper mint dried leaves was extracted and extracted after drying. The analgesic effect was observed by the method of torsion of acetic acid and the pain method of hot plate. At the same time, the anti - inflammatory effect was observed through the mouse model of the gluten-toe swelling. The results showed that the inhibition rate of the water extract of peppermint leaf was 51.5%, and the pain threshold was 41.6% for the hot plate method. In contrast, the mouse model of the gluten-toe swelling mice had no obvious anti-inflammatory effect. Peppermint leaf water extract has good analgesic effect, has the potential central nerve and peripheral nerve analgesic effect, provides the clinical basis for the traditional efficacy and application of pepper mint.

胡椒薄荷Mentha piperita 為多年生宿根性草本植物,別名歐洲薄荷,主要成分為揮發(fā)油、樹脂、黃酮類成分[1-2]。目前胡椒薄荷油已被開發(fā)用于牙膏、果、酒的加香,也用于嗽口劑、止咳糖、驅(qū)風(fēng)藥物中。據(jù)報(bào)道,胡椒薄荷還可以對(duì)牙痛起到很好的治療效果[3],除此以外胡椒薄荷揮發(fā)油對(duì)咽炎、緊張性頭痛和偏頭痛效果顯著[4], 體外實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,胡椒薄荷具有抗菌、抗氧化、鎮(zhèn)痛、抗腫瘤等作用[5]。而目前對(duì)于胡椒薄荷葉水提取物藥理作用研究涉及很少。本研究采用水煎煮提取法得胡椒薄荷葉水提取物,利用扭體法和熱板法研究觀察其鎮(zhèn)痛作用,角叉菜膠足趾腫脹小鼠模型觀察其抗炎效果,以進(jìn)一步拓展胡椒薄荷的藥用價(jià)值。
1 材料與方法
1.1 試驗(yàn)材料
阿司匹林腸溶片(拜耳醫(yī)藥拜耳醫(yī)藥保健品有限公司,批號(hào)BJ04316);吲哚美辛片(臨汾奇林藥業(yè)有限公司,批號(hào)H014200046946);角叉菜膠(上海源葉生物科技有限公司,批號(hào):YY13755);乙酸酸(廣州化學(xué)試劑廠,批號(hào):20151004-2);硫酸嗎啡注射液(青海制藥廠有限公司,批號(hào):H20010315);YLS-6B 智能熱板儀(濟(jì)南益延科技發(fā)展有限公司);PV-200 型足跖容積測(cè)量儀( 成都泰盟科技有限公司);6周齡清潔級(jí)雌性Balb/c 小鼠,購自上海實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物研究中心。胡椒薄荷葉采自江蘇宿遷,由吉林農(nóng)業(yè)科技學(xué)院中藥學(xué)院藥用植物與生藥學(xué)張忠寶教授鑒定為唇形科植物胡椒薄荷Mentha piperita的葉。
1.2 試驗(yàn)方法
1.2.1 胡椒薄荷水提取樣品的制備
胡椒薄荷葉片洗凈,自然干燥,粉碎后取5g粉末,150 mL水煎煮10min。水提取液過濾,濃縮,60℃水浴干燥3h后得浸膏(收率6.2%),冰箱4℃保存,備用。
1.2.2 乙酸扭體實(shí)驗(yàn)
醋酸扭體實(shí)驗(yàn)操作方法及主要參數(shù)參照文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道[6],根據(jù)具體實(shí)驗(yàn)條件調(diào)整。小鼠隨機(jī)分成4組,每組8只,即對(duì)照組、胡椒薄荷葉水提物給藥組I、胡椒薄荷葉水提物給藥組II、陽性給藥組。動(dòng)物以腹腔注射方式分別給予生理鹽水(10mL/kg)、胡椒薄荷葉水提取物(200mg/kg)、胡椒薄荷葉水提取物(400mg/kg)、阿司匹林(100 mg/kg)。給藥1h后,每只小鼠于腹腔注射0.6%乙酸(10mL/kg)造模,5min后計(jì)數(shù)小鼠20min內(nèi)扭體次數(shù)。按下述公式計(jì)算抑制率:
抑制率(%)=[(模型組扭體次數(shù))-(藥物組扭體次數(shù))]/(模型組扭體次數(shù))x100]。
1.2.3 熱板實(shí)驗(yàn)
參考文獻(xiàn)[7]并調(diào)整如下:熱板儀溫度55±1℃,以小鼠在熱板儀上舔舐后足為痛域值指標(biāo),篩選痛閾值在5-30s小鼠32只,隨機(jī)分成4組(8只/組),即對(duì)照組、胡椒薄荷葉水提物給藥組I、胡椒薄荷葉水提物給藥組II、陽性給藥組。動(dòng)物以腹腔注射方式分別給予生理鹽水(10mL/kg)、胡椒薄荷葉水提取物(200mg/kg)、胡椒薄荷葉水提取物(400mg/kg)、嗎啡(4.6 mg/kg)。測(cè)定給藥前,小鼠舔舐后足的潛伏時(shí)間的痛閾值;給藥后,30min小鼠舔舐后足的潛伏時(shí)間的痛閾值。痛閾值超過60s,按60 s計(jì)算。根據(jù)給藥前后痛閾值的變化計(jì)算痛閾值提高百分比。endprint
