江西商聯(lián)中心項目的設(shè)計靈感植根于南昌的自然環(huán)境，主體由兩座塔樓和連接塔樓的商業(yè)裙房組成，250米塔樓的高聳入云，商業(yè)裙房蜿蜒起伏，沿贛江而建，將南昌的城市天際線盡收眼底。

位于南側(cè)的塔樓以辦公為主，北側(cè)塔樓則兼顧辦公和五星級酒店功能。商業(yè)裙房將有眾多國際知名品牌和各類餐飲入駐，巨大的天幕為人們打造了獨特的購物體驗。

塔樓的設(shè)計靈感，源于中外聞名的江西景德鎮(zhèn)瓷器。流暢圓潤的線條，從地面旋轉(zhuǎn)上升，向上逐漸收分，勾勒出優(yōu)美的建筑輪廓，讓人不禁聯(lián)想到造型各異的瓷瓶。幕墻上的細部處理足以引人聯(lián)想起匠人靈巧的雙手在陶坯旋轉(zhuǎn)時劃出的線條。塔樓行云流水般的形態(tài)，讓人從不同角度觀看，都有“移步換景”的效果。

沿江的商業(yè)布局錯落有致，仿佛是江河的自然延伸。層層疊疊的退臺設(shè)計，最大化地利用了空間，亦為人們提供欣賞兩岸美景、享用露天晚餐的絕佳場所。除此之外，建筑師在購物中心的西側(cè)入口處設(shè)計了一處小型的戶外商業(yè)街，為消費者展現(xiàn)更多元化的購物體驗。

憑借其優(yōu)越的地理位置，江西商聯(lián)中心定能聚集人氣，在贛江江畔，為南昌市打造北部新中央商務區(qū)。

HOK除了為該項目提供整體建筑設(shè)計，也為北側(cè)塔樓內(nèi)5星級的威斯汀酒店提供了室內(nèi)設(shè)計服務。

Soaring 250 meters above the city and inspired by the region’s natural beauty, the center’s two towers anchor the retail mall and offer panoramic views of the Gan Riverside and Nanchang’s cityscape.

While one tower is just for ofces, the other includes a fve-star hotel on the top foors and ofces in the lower levels. The retail mall’s canopy offers a unique indoor/outdoor experience and features international brands as well as dining facilities.

The towers’ smooth sculptural form is tapered at the top to create a unique shape that is reminiscent of the ceramic vases produced throughout the region. Fins with varying depths create the illusion of a dynamic facade. Like the river, the experience of viewing the towers varies depending on the angle.

Retail space along the edge of the river is stepped and terraced to maximize space and act as a natural extension of the curving and undulating river edge. The terraces are characterized by their inviting architectural details and provide exclusive views of the waterfront and green belt while ofering ample space for al fresco dining. On the west, a low scale outdoor shopping street is set against the larger indoor mall, providing a varied retail experience for shoppers.

The new development takes advantage of the river to attract citizens and tourists. It will anchor the northern end of the new central business district of Nanchang on the shore of the Gan River. Except architecture design, HOK also provided interior design for the 5-star Westin Hotel within the North Tower.
