國際枕頭大戰(zhàn)節(jié)

International Pillow Fight Day is held every April around the world—from Amsterdam， Budapest， to New York. It has been celebrated world widely since 2008.

國際枕頭大戰(zhàn)節(jié)每年四月份在世界各地舉行——從阿姆斯特丹、布達佩斯到紐約。自2008年起，人們就開始在全球范圍內(nèi)慶祝這個節(jié)日。

Hundreds of people go out with their pillows hitting each others face， back and chest. People dress up as super heroes and animals， laughing and fighting. Pillows are sometimes hidden and at the exact pre arranged2 time or the sound of a whistle3， the pillow fighters pull out their pillows and start pillow fighting. The pillow fights can last from a few minutes to several hours. There are some rules： Bring your own pillows and dont hit anyone without a pillow or with a camera.

成百上千的人們走出門用自帶的枕頭互相擊打臉部、背部和胸部。人們盛裝打扮成超級英雄和動物，歡笑著，打鬧著。有時候枕頭被藏起來，等到事先安排好的某個確切時間或者一聲哨響，枕頭戰(zhàn)士們才會拿出枕頭來開始枕頭大戰(zhàn)。枕頭大戰(zhàn)能持續(xù)幾分鐘到幾小時不等。（枕頭大戰(zhàn)）有幾條規(guī)則：帶自己的枕頭，不能攻擊沒有枕頭的人或帶著相機、攝影機的人。

The festival used to be a game to release4 energy and stress. Nowadays besides bringing fun， International Pillow Fight Day has become a way to quickly collect pillows for the homeless. In 2014， about 2，000 pillows were collected for the poor in Bronx and Brooklyn.

這個節(jié)日以前是一個用來釋放精力、緩解壓力的游戲。如今除了給人們帶來樂趣之外，國際枕頭大戰(zhàn)節(jié)已經(jīng)成了一個為無家可歸者迅速籌集枕頭的途徑。2014年，這個節(jié)日為布朗克斯和布魯克林的窮人籌集到了大約2000個枕頭。

According to The Guinness World Record， the latest record of the largest pillow fight was set on October 27， 2013 in Chicago， with 4，500 pillows and 3，813 people.

根據(jù)《吉尼斯世界紀(jì)錄》，世界上最大的枕頭大戰(zhàn)的最新記錄是2013年10月27日在芝加哥舉行的這一次，有4500個枕頭和3813人參加。

This year， International Pillow Fight Day is held in Washington， DC on April 1st.

今年的國際枕頭大戰(zhàn)節(jié)于4月1日在華盛頓特區(qū)舉行。
