生日禮物

Birthday Gift

Everyone likes birthday. Because you can get gifts from your parents. Thirteen years passed. I never receive a gift from my parents. My parents work in Dongguan city. They come back home once a year. When Spring Festival is coming， they are coming back. Last year， they came back with a new coat. That was my gift for last birthday.

“Happy birthday！I know it is too late for you.”

“Wow， it is so beautiful， but today is not my birthday.”

“Im sorry， Xinyi. We are too far from you and we can bring a gift for you only on Spring Festival.”

I was still happy. Better late than never. Dad and Mum said they would send me a gift by post. This year I will receive a gift on my birthday. I am waiting and waiting. I hope May 12th is coming soon.

“Hi， Xinyi！You have a parcel1 from Dongguan city，” a man was calling me loudly. Hes our headmaster. I was having P.E. class at that moment on playground. I ran to his office quickly. I couldnt wait to open the box. Wow， it is a new mobile phone！

“Isnt it my birthday gift？ Its so expensive，” I asked the headmaster in a surprise.

“Your parents send you a cellphone for connecting when it is necessary. Will you play games with it？ ” Our headmaster is strict with us. He doesnt allow us to play games in class. “Xinyi， I hope you make a promise. This phone is only for connecting， not for playing.” I promised， “Yes， sir. I wont play games in class.”

Then I found a note in the box： Dear Xinyi， this mobile phone is for connecting. Dont play it in class. When you come across the words you dont know， it can help you. It will be your good teacher and friend. Yours， with love， daddy and mummy.

生日禮物

每個(gè)人都喜歡過(guò)生日。因?yàn)槟銈兌伎梢允盏礁改傅亩Y物。十三年過(guò)去了，我從來(lái)沒(méi)有收到過(guò)父母給我的生日禮物。我的父母在東莞市上班。他們一年才回老家一次。春節(jié)到了，他們就趕回家。去年，他們回家給我?guī)Я艘患峦馓?。那是補(bǔ)給我的生日禮物。

“生日快樂(lè)！我知道對(duì)你而言這份禮物來(lái)得晚了些。”

“哇塞，好漂亮啊，可是今天不是我的生日?！?/p>

“很抱歉，欣怡。我們離家遠(yuǎn)，只能到春節(jié)時(shí)給你帶禮物?！?/p>

我還是很高興。來(lái)得遲總比沒(méi)有要好。爸爸媽媽說(shuō)他們會(huì)通過(guò)郵局給我寄禮物。今年我可以收到生日禮物了。我等啊等啊，希望5月12號(hào)早點(diǎn)到來(lái)。

“喂，欣怡！你有一個(gè)包裹，東莞來(lái)的?！庇幸粋€(gè)人在大聲叫我。他是我們的校長(zhǎng)。那時(shí)我正在操場(chǎng)上體育課。我很快跑向校長(zhǎng)辦公室，迫不及待打開(kāi)盒子。哇塞，一部新手機(jī)！

“不是我的禮物吧？這么貴重的禮物！”我驚訝地問(wèn)校長(zhǎng)。

“你父母送你手機(jī)，必要時(shí)聯(lián)絡(luò)用的。你會(huì)用它玩游戲嗎？”校長(zhǎng)對(duì)我們要求嚴(yán)格。他不允許我們上課玩手機(jī)?！靶棱?，我希望你做個(gè)承諾。這部手機(jī)只用來(lái)聯(lián)絡(luò)，不是用來(lái)玩游戲的。”我承諾道：“好的，校長(zhǎng)。我上課絕不玩游戲?！?/p>

后來(lái)，我在盒子里發(fā)現(xiàn)一張紙條，上面寫(xiě)著：親愛(ài)的欣怡，這部手機(jī)供你聯(lián)絡(luò)用。上課別玩手機(jī)。當(dāng)你遇到不懂的單詞，它能幫助你。它會(huì)成為你的良師益友。愛(ài)你的爸爸和媽媽。
