川渝兩省市簽署“1+10”系列合作協(xié)議 合作再上新臺階

6月13日，四川省黨政代表團(tuán)來渝考察。重慶市委書記孫政才，市委副書記、市長黃奇帆與四川省委書記王東明，省委副書記、省長尹力率領(lǐng)的四川省黨政代表團(tuán)座談交流，共商進(jìn)一步深化川渝務(wù)實合作大計。在渝期間，四川省黨政代表團(tuán)一行先后前往長安汽車工程研究總院、兩江新區(qū)規(guī)劃展覽館、兩江新區(qū)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園、豬八戒網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司考察，詳細(xì)了解了重慶融入“一帶一路”建設(shè)和長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展、深化拓展五大功能區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、內(nèi)陸開放高地建設(shè)、國資國企改革、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等情況，對重慶經(jīng)濟(jì)社會蓬勃發(fā)展的態(tài)勢表示贊賞。

黃奇帆會見卡塔爾客人

5月30日，市長黃奇帆會見了卡塔爾投資局首席執(zhí)行官謝赫·阿卜杜拉·阿勒薩尼、卡塔爾駐華大使蘇爾坦·曼蘇里一行，雙方就加強(qiáng)合作進(jìn)行了交流。黃奇帆表示，卡塔爾是“一帶一路”沿線的重要國家，重慶愿與卡塔爾在金融、航空、物流等領(lǐng)域攜手合作，深化友誼。

重慶市政府與中國交建簽署海外戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議

5月10日，重慶市政府與中國交通建設(shè)股份有限公司簽署海外戰(zhàn)略合作框架協(xié)議，攜手深耕海外市場。雙方將共同開發(fā)建設(shè)境外經(jīng)貿(mào)合作園區(qū)，構(gòu)建與“一帶一路”沿線國家（地區(qū)）的貿(mào)易新通道，探索交通設(shè)施建設(shè)與貿(mào)易物流合作，共享海外渠道和資源，為重慶企業(yè)“走出去”提供面向全球的投資咨詢服務(wù)。

中新示范項目入駐保稅港區(qū)空港國際商貿(mào)物流園

5月10日，兩路寸灘保稅港區(qū)消息，隨著中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項目推進(jìn)，總投資3億元的新加坡豐樹（重慶）保稅港物流平臺項目已入駐保稅港區(qū)空港國際商貿(mào)物流園，這也是該物流園吸引的第二個中新示范項目。2019年，保稅港區(qū)空港國際商貿(mào)物流園將全面建成投運(yùn)，實現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)值90億元，成為輻射重慶乃至全國的現(xiàn)代物流集散基地。

重慶—新加坡國際數(shù)據(jù)通道有望明年開通

5月16日，重慶聯(lián)通公司消息，該公司正致力于打造重慶—新加坡的國際數(shù)據(jù)通道，助力重慶成為全國領(lǐng)先的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)高地。最快明年年初，重慶—新加坡首期1G帶寬的國際數(shù)據(jù)通道就將正式開通。此后，還會根據(jù)市場需求，覆蓋“一帶一路”沿線多個國家。

重慶錢寶已進(jìn)入39個國家 堪稱亞洲最大規(guī)模結(jié)算機(jī)構(gòu)

由重慶市政府、億贊普集團(tuán)和招商局集團(tuán)合資組建的全球結(jié)算機(jī)構(gòu)—重慶錢寶區(qū)域清算環(huán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)已進(jìn)入39個國家，堪稱亞洲最大規(guī)模結(jié)算機(jī)構(gòu)。按照計劃，錢寶將在未來3年內(nèi)進(jìn)入120個國家和地區(qū)，形成覆蓋中東、歐洲、非洲、南亞和拉美的五大區(qū)域清算環(huán)。

重慶本土跨境電商將斥資20億元在解放碑建“韓國城”

重慶本土跨境電商光彩國際將斥資20億元在解放碑建設(shè)“韓國城”，預(yù)計明年上半年投入運(yùn)營。5月22日，光彩國際與韓國上市公司CL國際簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議，將引進(jìn)韓國的美容院、娛樂中心、百貨、服飾化妝等企業(yè)，建成“線上+線下”電商平臺和實體店聯(lián)動模式的純韓式購物中心。

首屆重慶通用航空投融資論壇舉行

5月26日至28日，首屆重慶通用航空投融資論壇在渝舉辦，同時為期三天的“通用航空+高端生活”展在觀音橋開展。重慶通航集團(tuán)現(xiàn)場展出重慶造恩斯特龍280FX、480B兩款機(jī)型。阿斯頓馬丁、邁凱倫、奔馳房車等豪車品牌和哈雷摩托等高檔機(jī)車品牌參加了該次展覽，多品牌跨界展出初步構(gòu)建起“通航+”高端生活模式。

涪陵工業(yè)園區(qū)被確定為長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶國家級轉(zhuǎn)型升級示范開發(fā)區(qū)

6月2日，國家發(fā)改委網(wǎng)站發(fā)布《國家發(fā)展改革委關(guān)于建設(shè)長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶國家級轉(zhuǎn)型升級示范開發(fā)區(qū)的通知》，同意將涪陵工業(yè)園區(qū)等33個開發(fā)區(qū)確定為長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶國家級轉(zhuǎn)型升級示范開發(fā)區(qū)。

江北機(jī)場已開通國際（地區(qū)）全貨運(yùn)航線20余條

6月3日，由南方航空公司執(zhí)飛的重慶—法蘭克福貨運(yùn)航班正式開通，這是今年來重慶直飛法蘭克福國際貨運(yùn)航線的第二次加密。截至目前，重慶江北機(jī)場開通的國際（地區(qū)）全貨運(yùn)航線已經(jīng)超過20條。東航站區(qū)建成投用后，這一數(shù)據(jù)還將進(jìn)一步增長。

全球汽車行業(yè)大咖來渝共論行業(yè)新趨勢

6月6日，為期兩天的2016（第七屆）全球汽車論壇在重慶悅來國際會議中心拉開帷幕，來自海內(nèi)外950余名汽車行業(yè)嘉賓聚集重慶，共論汽車行業(yè)新趨勢。“智能駕駛”“新能源汽車”“分時租賃”等成為此次論壇上嘉賓頻頻提及的熱詞，這些熱詞也將成為構(gòu)建未來汽車行業(yè)新格局的新支點。

首趟中歐鐵路渝新歐平行進(jìn)口車專列抵達(dá)重慶

未來，重慶市民購買國外高檔汽車價格將更便宜，運(yùn)輸、維修、保養(yǎng)也將更方便。6月13日，首趟中歐鐵路渝新歐班列平行進(jìn)口汽車整車專列抵達(dá)重慶西永團(tuán)結(jié)村鐵路集裝箱中心站。這意味著中歐班列首趟平行進(jìn)口整車專列開行成功。為后期“渝新歐”實現(xiàn)常態(tài)化運(yùn)輸平行進(jìn)口汽車奠定了基礎(chǔ)。全程耗時2周左右，比傳統(tǒng)海運(yùn)節(jié)約30多天，且無需轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。

重慶至東盟公路班車東線復(fù)線開通

6月13日晚，重慶至東盟公路班車的又一條新線路—東線復(fù)線首趟班車正式發(fā)車。由于此線路采取陸海聯(lián)運(yùn)方式，因此，相比純陸路運(yùn)輸，成本可節(jié)約1.7萬元/趟/車。這讓我市通往越南的貨物運(yùn)輸又多了一個新的選擇。

西港全球購荷蘭“海外倉”正式啟用

6月14日，重慶對外經(jīng)貿(mào)集團(tuán)消息，本土規(guī)模最大的跨境電商平臺“西港全球購”荷蘭“海外倉”正式啟用，開啟本土跨境電商海外直郵模式。接下來，重慶對外經(jīng)貿(mào)集團(tuán)將陸續(xù)在澳大利亞、美國等地布局“海外倉”，同時，大力發(fā)展跨境B2B出口，帶動重慶企業(yè)直接融入海外營銷渠道，推動更多“重慶造”產(chǎn)品走向國際市場。

Party and government delegation from Sichuan Province visited Chongqing on June 13th. Chongqing Party Secretary Sun Zhengcai, Deputy Party Secretary, Mayor Huang Qifan had a meeting and exchange of views on furthering pragmatic cooperation between the two sides with the delegation headed by Sichuan Provincial Party Secretary Wang Dongming, and deputy secretary, provincial governor Yin Li. During the stay in Chongqing, the delegation visited Chang’an Automobile Engineering Research Institute, Liangjiang New District Planning Exhibition Hall, Liangjiang New District Internet Industrial Park, and zbj.com Ltd. Members of the delegation expressed their appreciation for the booming trend of socioeconomic development here after they had known in detail the situation of Chongqing in terms of the development of “Belt and Road”, Yangtze River Economic Zone, the strategy of “fi ve functional zones”, inland opening-up economy, reform of state-owned enterprise, as well as the Internet industry.

Huang Qifan Meets Guests from Qatar

Mayor Huang Qifan met the CEO of Qatar Investment Authority, Sheikh Abdullah Saud Al Thani and Qatar’s ambassador to China, Sultan Mansouri on May, 30th. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation. Qatar, as Mayor Huang said, is a great country on the “B&R Initiative” and Chongqing is willing to join hands with Qatar in such fi elds as fi nance, aviation, and logistics to enhance friendship.

Chongqing Municipal Government Signs OSCFA with China Communications Construction Company

Chongqing municipal government signed the Overseas Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement (OSCFA) with China Communications Construction Company on May 10thto further together overseas market. The two sides will direct joint effort to the development of foreign economic and trade cooperation zone, and to the construction of new trade channels linking to countries and regions along the B&R Initiative as well as the construction of transportation facilities and cooperation in trade logistics to share overseas channels and resources and provide globallyoriented investment advisory services for Chongqing enterprises “going global”.

China-Singapore Demonstration Project Enters Bonded Port Area—Chongqing Airport International Trade Logistic Park

According to news from Lianglu Cuntan Free Trade Port Area, the Chongqing-Singapore Bonded Port Logistic Platform with a total investment of 0.3 billion yuan by Singapore Mapletree Group entered the Chongqing Airport International Logistic Park on May 10th. And this marks the second China-Singapore demonstration project invited in the park.

Chongqing-Singapore International Data Channel Expected for Operation Next Year

According to report on Chongqing Unicom Company on May 16th, the company is now dedicated to building an international data channel between Chongqing and Singapore, boosting Chongqing to become one of the leading cyber economy highlands. If possible, the initial Chongqing-Singapore Data Channel with 1 gigabyte bandwidth will be open officially early next year at the soonest.
